Good cafe located under Spotless building on St Kilda road. The cafe is bright and modern. I had coffee here while catching up with colleague. The coffee was great and the food looks good. The staff was really friendly.
Isha provided excellent service to my friend who advised that the burger served to her was missing a key ingredient (bacon!)

I never eat soup when I'm out but today seeing this soup, I really wanted it. And I was not sorry! Absolutely one of the best soups I've had. Full flavored with celery, bok choy, carrot and lots of lovely boiled chicken. Had asked for bread but chef said as they had put pasta in it, decided not to serve it with bread. Yeah didn't need it.
Loved the bowl as well and ate it in the large space next door. Very impressed and will return here when I visit a good friend who works at the Alfred Hospital.
Summary: A lunch spot. Much to be impressed with here. Good business. Fundamentals all nicely satisfied. Lovely tasty fresh food. Fast and efficient service. Very comfortable four star.
Great range of salads and wraps, great curries etc. I had the the cheese and kale cigar. The cheese was mozzarella. It came with a small side salad and some delicious chips. My companion had the brioche burger and really enjoyed. Fantastic to be able to sit outside on such a beautiful sunny March day. Really nice lunch place. I’d definitely come here again.
I had the panko chicken with sticky rice and really enjoyed it. These guys do fantastic coffee! In fact it was the best coffee I've had in the area for some time.
Epicure has gone up and down over the years but the current chef is turning out some really polished and delicious cooked lunches that are also gluten-, dairy- and grain-free. Kudos especially for the slow-cooked pressed lamb shoulder that comes with sweet potato and kale crisps on a creamy artichoke mash and drizzled with an amazingly intense, sticky reduction. Yum

Accidentally ordered 2 small coffees - the barista must have sensed my disappointment when I saw the size of them, and said "oops I meant to order large" - so he took them back, made 2 large coffees at no extra charge and said "I can't deprive you of coffee on a Friday!" Great service, planning to go back tomorrow for breakfast too.
I waited several weeks for this burger, which tasted very nice, but the bum could have been better.
Come here for breakfast often. Lovely scrambled eggs, very nice coffee. Food is always fresh, interesting and delicious. Service is generally very good - have experienced the occasional stuff-up (been eating here every week for over a year) but staff are quick to remedy any situation, pleasantly and obligingly.
