Our favourite local gem! Not only is their food consistently delicious and friendly priced, they open til late which is incredibly helpful for someone like myself who works late shifts at times. We never walk away disappointed and we will sure be returning even if we move away from the suburb!!

This place has a high rating and they deserve it! The best curries which are so well priced. The curries are all served hot and spicy! The roti bread it perfectly flaky!

Awesome prices and tasty food...most reliable of all Clayton restaurants after Bikanerwala disappeared. Dal makhni: fantastic, but a tad too salty. Paneer makhni: gosh, why make it sooo sweet? Nan at $2 is a steal. The free pickles, onion and yoghurt get a thumbs up.

This place is the best Indian meal I’ve ever had ! The service is not the best but it doesn’t matter , my favourite butter chicken and lamb korma in Melbourne ! Prices are cheap and servings are generous, there is always a line here too which speaks volumes as this restaurant has been around for years !

Onlybeyoutothefull

So it’s a little confusing as there are two Anshumann Da Dhaba - but the one that’s across the station is the one I am reviewing aka the bigger one.

So I went with three of my friends to have some Indian. It was quite busy, almost 3/4 of the restaurant was full at 2 PM. Service was a bit slow at the beginning but was better throughout our meal.

Generally food is quite cheap but the servings for some dishes were quite small.

I liked all the dishes besides the lamb biryani but my friend enjoyed it a lot. I particularly enjoyed the amaritsari paneer and the aloo parantha. The aloo parantha was especially delicious when you spread butter on top and dip it with the yoghurt.

An Authentic and Typical Punjabi Restaurant where especially they are famous for their Indian Breads like Naan, Roti and Paratha's. Meat Curries here are of really a very good taste and will surely satisfies the appetite good enough. Reasonable choice of food options and a Friendly staff at the restaurant surely deserves a visit. Must Try Lachha Paratha, Butter Naan and any Curries especially Non - Veg.

Lachha paratha, kulcha and Karara paneer is a combination to definitely have. The Karara Paneer I ordered with spicy and they made really good. This outlet of anshuman dhaba, comparatively has more space than its other outlet across the road.

Actually I'm not sure what is the authentic Indian food. But the roti, naan korma and butter chicken in this shop are all good. The price is reasonable and the vibe feels local.

Anshumann is my favourite Indian restaurant to go to whenever I am in the area. You can tell they take great care in the food they make and it is authentic Indian - expertly cooked. Their butter chicken is my favourite. Thank you for having me - I’ll be sure to come again.

We love food over there. My husband is been going there over 15 years now and we will still go but the staff needs training. No smile,rude answers. I visit with my husband and son and she refused at first to give us three plates I mean chanrge me if you want but who refuse for an extra plates and cutleries. Hopefully will see some difference when we go there next
