We attended a wedding at The Willows in March and it was hands down the best wedding we have ever been to. The choice of meals was amazing – haven’t seen this at a wedding before. From the food, to the beverage, through to the service and friendliness, it was a wonderful experience. As guests, we were made to feel important and cared for. The venue itself is so pretty and the layout, whilst different, worked really well. We loved being able to move around and not be stuck at our table. The courtyard was lovely and conservatory surpassed our expectations – formal but relaxed. I’d recommend this venue again and hope I get the chance to enjoy it again.
We had our wedding at the Willows and we were beautifully looked after every step of the way. The venue is stunning, providing a perfect backdrop for an outdoor ceremony and photos. Everyone involved were professional and helpful and everything went smoothly. They were also flexible and accommodating, as our timings stretched out on the day. We were in good hands and didn't have to worry about a thing. It was perfect having drinks and canapes in the courtyard following the ceremony, then dinner in the marquee. The food was amazing and to order. Certainly not your alternate drop! The guests commented on how good the food was and there was such a positive vibe throughout the afternoon and evening. Highly recommend the Willows for a special day.
Went to a Christening at The Willows this afternoon and it was just beautiful. What a gorgeous spot for a daytime event. The service was professional, the antipasto was lovely and the chicken dish was super succulent. The atmosphere was so relaxed but professional from the moment we entered. The building is a standout. Despite it being in the CBD it almost felt like you were at someone mansion. Beautiful gardens too. Wonderful afternoon. Perfect for any event.
How great was this venue for our wedding 29th August 2015. The ceremony outside was beautiful with the garden lit up with lights and than we had a sit down reception for our guests. The food was amazing, the service was great and I can't describe how fantastic the night was. All my friends loved the food and they had a great night!
That was a night to remember and we would recommend The Willows to every bride and groom in Melbourne. Thank you so much!!!
5 Stars all the way! The new deck looks amazing & the garden this time of year is beautiful. Such a unique picturesque spot amidst the the bustle of the CBD. Very metropolitan. Gorgeous lunch setting, loved the indoor outdoor feel, it was a really lovely day & the outdoor entertainment was magic. The food was great and it was so nice to order our preferred option. Staff were accommodating, nothing was too much trouble but Cameron the bar man was a stand out. Super cool character. Thanks for an awesome day!

The Willows...what can I say! From the moment I walked in to the beautiful building when searching for my wedding venue, I knew this would be it. The amazing venue was second only to the service I received both in the lead up to my wedding and on the day. They managed to keep me stress free (no easy feat for a perfectionist bride!!) throughout the planning & the whole process was actually a pleasure. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, even when our coordinator was fixing a button on my dress! My biggest concern was that the food & service at my wedding would not be on par with what I know a lot of my guests would have expected. I needn't have worried.... it was SUBLIME. My guests absolutely loved that they could choose their dishes from a menu, as opposed to getting what was placed in front of them. I think that nearly everyone of my guests complimented me on the food, which put my mind at ease & allowed me to dance the night away, stress free. All in all, it was without doubt the best night of my life. This was in no small part due to the service that The Willows provided. I cannot recommend them highly enough....I only wish I could do it again!
Attended wedding here, thought the parking was going to be difficult but was pleasantly surprised. Lots of street access and at no cost. The bride & groom, where the only thing lovelier than the setting. We all enjoyed our meals and thought the staff were friendly and professional. Great venue for medium size groups that get lost in big spaces. Fun night, this felt intimate, warm and personal.
Being in the wedding industry and having visited many venues, the Willows is definitely one of our favourites. The gorgeous new deck always makes for a perfect ceremony with a backdrop in front of the iconic building. The staff are always so lovely, professional and attentive and the food is always so, so delicious! Such a great location in Melbourne- it really is the perfect wedding venue- we cannot wait to be back there.
