Delicious French pastries at the Prahran market that are an amazing treat. On a great corner location, there is outdoor seating so that you can enjoy a coffee and a yummy pastry; or you can take away.
Croissants, danishes, pies, tarts and other delectable delights tempt your eyes as you walk past. The bread display is gorgeous, and it's really difficult leaving the market without stopping by here. Service is great and the staff are friendly even though it is really busy. The pastry is flaky and buttery, and takes you back to France in a heartbeat. Definitely a standout at the markets.
Busy. Nice coffee. Croissants was good not the best but good. Escargot was the best I have had. Didn’t see any baguette as I would like to try it.
I love their croissants but think $5:50 a croissant and $5:50 for a chai Latte served in a paper cup is way to expensive
I was wanting to take croissants home for family but honestly $5:50 each makes it way to expensive
This will be a once in a while treat rather than a weekly order
Yummmmm!!! Had the custard/vanilla? slice and it was soo good!! The filling was so fluffy and not too sweet - The pastry was well cooked and went well with the chocolate on top. Coffee was good too. The only downside could be they are quite pricey... $7 for a slice is probably one of the most expensive slice I ve ever had- but it is good quality indeed.
Great bakery with always the best specials! Quality, natural ingredients always used and always great tasting. Go to bakery for weekend treats in Prahran, coffee is also a goer!
I never eat a croissant like this one at Q Baker! It’s so goooood! I recommend this place for a coffee & croissant at the prahran market. And the team is very cool!
Often going past and sneaking looks at their goods, as it was a warm day today, I just wanted something light and quick to the table. Their blackboard menu offered a slice of the Potato and Leek Galette, which I decided to try. It was yummy; already seasoned, it's deliciousness was enhanced by the light and crisp/soft puff pastry casing. Recommend. Along with their version of iced coffee, good value for $12. My tummy thanked me!
Beautiful french bakery that is so good that it is the only shop in the market that had a queue before they open the shop at 8. Baker visible through the window too. Crossaint was fantastic and coffee was good. Only feedback is it is winter and coffee needs to be more hotter.
Well defined layers. Crispy and fluffy. I reheated it in the oven on day 2 and it still tasted great. Highly recommended 🥐 ❤

Really great oat milk coffee served at Q Le Baker, only regret was not sampling some of the baked goods.
Really good coffee, yum croissant and very yum cheesecake with orange 🍊 marmelade . If you're around, stop by !!
The place looks very good, the bread looks sensational and the staff are friendly... It's tucked at the back but if you enter from the Commercial Road entrance it's pretty much the first store on the right. We only ordered one item but unfortunately it missed the mark with presentation (see pic) and temperature as it was meant to be served hot and it was warm on top and cold inside but I'm sure this was a one-off. I will definitely go back as most of the stuff looked really great...
Best cheesecake, croissant, and baguette you will ever have in Melbourne! High quality food, high quality service, overall MasterChef vibes. :)
Great almond croissant and a big selection of bread & pastries. Always extremely busy, so sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but staff move as quick as they can. Good stop to make at the market.
