Awesome little gem, pizza and pasta went down a treat. 2 happy adults and 3 well fed kids. Restaurant with bags of character and friendly staff that make you feel comfortable. My lasagne was delicious and served up rustic. The kids demolished the margarita pizza which was full of flavour. Tiramisu was divine. Would recommend and looking forward to round 2.
Was recommended by a friend to visit olive jar. Loved the pasta - the pasta with wild boar was really tender and the dish really came together. Do have the tiramisu, it will wow you
If I'm being perfectly honest I'm normally too lazy to write reviews, but it wouldn't feel right if I didn't leave this lovely little Italian restaurant the stellar review it deserves.
Went for dinner with the family here on my birthday and I could not have picked a better place. The authentic vibe and cozy feel gives the place a pleasant atmosphere, the homemade wine was beautiful, and don't even get me started on the food oh WOW. My spinach and ricotta agnolotti with the hot and spicy sauce was simply divine. I have never tasted an Italian dish with that much flavour. All of us agreed it's the best Italian we've ever had.
The chef brought out my tiramisu himself with a candle and sang happy birthday, before serenading us with a wonderful set of classic songs. Everyone in the restaurant joined in and we all finished up on our feet dancing. Not to mention the tiramisu was the perfect example of what a tiramisu should be.
It was a delightful evening and I'd really like to thank you guys for making it a truly special and highly memorable experience. To anyone thinking about trying this place, don't think just go!
Such a lovely restaurant!
The food is authentic Italian and full of flavour-
Iβm Italian and it reminds me so much of my ziaβs cooking.
Also the singing is beautiful and it really adds to the cosy old school Italian home vibes.
The staff there are friendly and service is excellent- never have to wait too long for drinks either π
Their lamb shank dish is so tender and deliciously saucy π€€
Their homemade pasta is so ooo good too- very tasty bolognaise- my boyfriend is quite picky and he even rated it 4 out of 5 stars! π

A little pricey but worth it!
We had an excellent evening with exceptional food and the greatest entertainment. We had a party of 10 with different dishes and everyone enjoyed their food. The singer was one of the best entertainers we have seen. Their locally made wine was very nice even though a bit sweet for my taste.
We will definitely go back again.
This place is awesome. The staff are really friendly and engaging, and the food is delicious!
I had the mussels with pasta, and they were big, juicy, and amazing!
They had a musician singing inside, though I worry it may have been a touch loud if you're seated inside near the speakers.
The Tiramisu is a MUST HAVE!

Great classic Italian restaurant. Good, yummy, classic food and great old-school vibe. The fry pans they serve their tasty pasta in is super cute. (only negative was I had dirty cutlery and a few floaties in the bottled water but these were promptly changed upon request).
