Dong Phuong - Melbourne - Photo album

Service is fairly slow and food is good but missing on key elements. First of all the service was a bit slow, wanted to have a meal on a rush to the airport and it took 20 minutes for the food to come out for 2 mains. Also the meat in proportion to rest of the meal was lacking, more meat needed to
Extremely disappointed. This has got to be the worst bowl of pho I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even finished half the bowl, that’s how bad it was. Service is slow but staff is friendly but the pho soup literally just tasted like hot water. I tried my best to dress it up by asking for extra hoisin and ch
Dong Phuong consistently deliver one of my fave dishes ~ the steam barramundi with ginger sauce. The chef and staff accomodated my dietary requirement and special request - nothing is missing. The tasty & flavorful XL fish arrived carefully packed and masterfully cooked. Stay safe, well, and blesse

Great family friendly Vietnamese restaurant We took a chance to tried Dong Phuong and we weren't disappointed. We tried their Pho and it was really good. They managed to get the broth just right with soft freshly made rice noodles. We also tried their Vietnamese pancakes (banh xeo) and it was good
This is an honest, good old fashioned Vietnamese eating place! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the menu is long and covers everything you'd expect. Serving sizes are large and it's not overpriced. Our sweet and sour pork was a little overcooked but everything else was bang on, good flavour
