This restaurant was outstanding in value and flavour. We had the prawn spring rolls and sliced beef pho. Extremely worth for the price and food tasted excellent. A tasty broth with soft noodle and beef.
We had the Pekin duck with the pancakes and it tasted more like a roasted duck that sat in the warming counter for ages, quite dry, not soo fresh and the only thing that was in common with a pekin duck was the sauce.

We took a chance to tried Dong Phuong and we weren't disappointed. We tried their Pho and it was really good. They managed to get the broth just right with soft freshly made rice noodles. We also tried their Vietnamese pancakes (banh xeo) and it was good
This is an honest, good old fashioned Vietnamese eating place! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the menu is long and covers everything you'd expect. Serving sizes are large and it's not overpriced. Our sweet and sour pork was a little overcooked but everything else was bang on, good flavour
