Order green tea frappuccino, loved it. The service was fast, the frappe was amazing. A little over price but overall an amazing experience!
Service is good, though it can be busy. Staff were nice. Hot chocolate was good. However, items offered are a bit pricey. Location is convenient.
I am a little disappointed that they don’t have my favourite toffee nut frappe for Christmas this year but we’ll try again next year!! Some of my favourites here are the vanilla sweet cream cold brew, the matcha frappe and the iced latte. Nice place to chill and enjoy the coffee and some cake.
Not necessarily for the drinks, but I do come here often for an Iced Americano. Today I only had $4.50 on me, just enough to cover my coffee, but whilst the barista was attempting to explain the different roasts to me, I fumbled an dropped $2. This was my fault, but the barista was kind enough to give me a redeemable slip for any free beverage of my choice next time. A thank you is indeed owed to the barista that worked today.
Frappachino Mocha - First time having Starbucks in Melbourne (previously tried in Sydney) and it was actually one of the best mocha's I've ever had.
Tasted the chocolate at first and then the coffee taste! Wasn't too strong and wasn't too sweet.
Since it was my first time, I had a 50% off voucher and $3.15 for a Grande Frappachino Mocha was great and will be back on Wednesday for another one.
One thing I like about starbucks is that it is always consistent. And always good. Regardless of the price, it never disappoints. Service is always friendly and quick. I tried the new iced brew, similar to the iced americano but brewed for 14 or somewhat hours. Pretty strong, but just how I like my coffee.
I take an annual trip into Starbucks to sample their Christmas coffees. It’s probably the only time I can ever feel like navigating all the menu options. This year the sun was beating down so I had the peppermint mocha Frappuccino ($6.50) in a tall size. Hit the spot, not too sweet, could have done with a lot more peppermint. The few shards wasn’t quite fooling anyone. Ignoring the coffee element, a nice little icy drink to knock the temperatures down a notch so no complaints here. Service is also a plus.
Quick service with a smile, that is how I would sum up this Starbucks.  It is small and doesn't have anywhere to sit but the efficient service makes up for it.
Not a big fan of Starbucks, every time I choose green tea Frappuccino if I want to have a drink here.
This little Starbucks is very convenient for commuters to grab one drink when they want to catch trains.
Services are fast, staff are quite friendly.

Always go there for my morning coffee. The usual morning staff are nice and friendly. Just went today and was served by new staffs very unfriendly, the girl seems like Asian (Indian in last pic) was rude to begin with and didn’t even let me order properly. Because she was rushing I forgot to add auger in my coffee and requested the staff to add abit of sugar in it and was asked to pay extra for just adding a bit of sugar. Really disappointed with the service. Would suggest Starbucks to kindly check on their staff and hire people who genuinely wants to work rather than getting people who doesn’t want to work in the industry at all.
Keeping the start as 5, since old staff are much better.

The staff at this cafe is so lovely and their drinks are always tasty. We love the caramel frappe & ice latte! It would be fab if you bring the lemon cake to Australia.

This cafe is probably just for take away. No place to sit (or stand, depending on how crowded it is).
Friendly staff and the service is quick.
Ordered 2 drinks for delivery via Uber Eats on 11Jul2022 @ 13:25 and they were perfect. The staff at Elizabeth st always seem to get the orders exactly right (even the odd ones). There are multiple other Starbucks locations closer to where I live, but they always seem to have issues. I will always order from this location due to their consistently excellent quality and attention to detail.
