Awesome spot out in the burbs. Love their menu that's 10 out of 12 dishes that are vego/vegan, with an option to add anything else you like.

Go West is a gem of a cafe in a new housing development out west, hence the name. With a cool, airy and spacious fitout, this cafe would be right at home in one of the inner city suburbs, so it's nice to have an urban feel in the outer suburbs. Decorated beautifully, it's a pleasure to dine here, and it has a cool atmosphere.
I've been here several times for coffees and cake, and also for lunch; and the food has always been great. It's an interesting menu, and we love the homemade treats. Service is friendly and the staff are lovely. In a small suburb they have developed a loyal clientele, and it's easy to see why.
Go West is a very friendly and welcoming place, set amongst a nice little neighbourhood. Very family friendly and the food is worth the drive we make out there!
We visited Go West on a Saturday morning and it was buzzing. So many families, couples and local residents were happily enjoying breakfast/brunch. The dishes coming out of the kitchen smelt divine and were making me so hungry. We ordered the Po Boy Chicken Burger, Pulled Pork Benedict & Poached Eggs with Salmon, two English breakfast teas, a cappuccino and one latte.
The burger was so juicy and flavoursome, definitely had some fresh and interesting ingredients.
Pulled Pork Benedict on point. The pork was so tender it just melted in your mouth.
The Poached Eggs on sourdough with added salmon was simplistic yet delicious, perfect for a healthy brunch.
This small café is situated in a new estate called Aintree in West Melbourne. Definitely in a fantastic position with so many fantastic parks surrounding it. Like I said so many families were enjoying brekkie then heading across the road to the park with their children. Deserves 4 stars!
First time at Go west. Really impressed with the food and the service. 5 stars to Catherine our waitress for today! Food was well presented.
Amazing experience at 'go west eatery and tuckshop' the staff are experienced and friendly ! Especially our waitress Katherine , she was so happy and attentive. Good job ! Will be back for sure !
This hidden cafe is a western set cafe with a range of different meals. The food is always fresh and always looks really nice. I tried a butter chicken pie and it is now my favourite type of pie. I usually get a pie if I get there a little late and the kitchen is closed.
The staff are nice and are always happy, sometimes the staff are a little rushed and give you the impression that they want to leave.
I tried the eggs on toast and they were perfect, the burgers are really good as well they are god sized for a god price. The best of their drinks are the thick shakes they always have a strong flavour and not bland.
Overall nice little cafe for a little outing with family and friends, nice food that should suit all.
Went there on the weekend with my family and loved the Golden Folded eggs. OMG - how do they make them so creamy? Kids were happy there was a good little kids menu too. The room is really nice & having the park over the road is great. Coffee was really good too. It was really busy and the staff were all smiles. Other people need to control their children though...
Lovely service! The homemade banana ice cream is the bomb... so full of bananas it's like it was blended and frozen. Felt much healthier than your typical milk banana ice cream. Also the shoe string fries were amazing.. my family and I really enjoyed the food. The little chipin was also allowed to sit beside us as it wasn't busy anymore.. makes you want to live at Woodlea estate so you could enjoy such great company. well done!
I must say they serve really good homemade banana ice cream!! The cherry dark choc ice cream is more for those who love Black Forest cake (I'm not a fan). We had super kale bfast salad ( good amount of avocado and hummus, loved it), their fries with blood Mary aioli sauce was so good, big bfast was good( sausage was yummy! Mushrooms and avocado toast ) and lastly their shepherds pie was so so. The crust was a little too hard. Green tea latte was good too. Would def come bck to this quaint little tuck shop!
