Great pho considering where you are, authentic tastes and good quality. Service is great, what out for the little birds that fly around the station though. Been once every fortnight or so, best in the vicinity.
You know ... For a train station eatery, this was not bad. I walked past it on several occasions and usually see people eating pho. They offer much more than pho but from what I observed that's what I saw most. So it piqued my interest as I am always looking to expand my work lunch options.
So I decided to try their beef and beef ball pho. It was a no-frills place and I got my piping hot bowl in less than 5 minutes. The bean sprouts and herbs were already topped on.
The soup was actually very nice and a bit sweeter than others I've tried, but not in a bad way. What I did notice was that there was a lot less noodle to soup which was fine with me as I'm more of a soup person than a noodle person.
So overall, not a bad place for pho. I'll definitely be coming back again when I feel like a quick pho fix.
I'm very impressed by this place. It was really unexpected to be able to find such good nasi goreng here! I would definitely recommend the vegetarian nasi goreng. It tastes and smells really nice. Plus you get so much food as well.
Giant serve at a decent price. Delicious vegi nasi goreng. The tofu was amazing but was disappointed that there was only 2 small pieces of it. Had to edit my review because I wrote it too soon while I was still hungry.
Wonton Soup is the way to go... Pho too!. Winter weather... forgot to bring lunch? Head to this place and order Wonton Noodle Soup OR Pho! YUM! I actually order the Wonton Noodle Soup with rice noodles (same as the noodles they use for Pho) so I kinda have the best of both worlds! Then add the chilli oil they have... DELICIOUS! Pho here is definitely not bad for a city resto... Pho in the suburbs like Footscray, Richmond or Springvale would be better... but this one is reasonably tasty (probably coz of the MSG but I don’t care). Give it a try... you will love it “pho” sure!
DELICIOUS! The name says it all!. I would go here for lunch and sometimes dinner on the weekends. Every time the food is fantastic! and not to mention the price! So competitive for it's location. Highly recommend it.
Some of the best pho I've had in a food court setting. The service is efficient - perfect for a lunch time take away. The food is fresh and very tasty.

Had lunch there for the past 2 weeks and this place does live up to its name; delicious. the food there is as authentic as it gets!! great customer service, the spring rolls are to die for !! its made to order which makes it so fresh!! highly recommended for lunch and dinner. great value for money!!
I was eating there when a seagull swooped me from behind and got a bit of my lunch. The couple running the place made me a whole new lunch for free, even made it takeaway so I wouldn't miss my train! They're super nice and the food was tasty too!
Nice staff, really wanting to help you. Food (Nasi Goreng Chicken) was amazing. Unfortunately one piece of bone in my chicken. Otherwise 5*.
A great little gem in Southern Cross station with yummy dishes. Very generous servings and the freshest ingredients. Very cheap nothing over $15.00 with brilliant takeaway service. Can get busy at lunch time and is a very popular place with regional travellers. Fast service, yummy food, clean,friendly staff and very cheap prices. A guarantee you will enjoy and be back like so many others . You won't be disappointed.
This place is consistently the bomb-diggedy, when it comes to their culinary offerings. They legitimately are NOT kidding with the title. I've been a regular for I don't know how many years, now, so, you can take my word for it. The prices are very reasonable, for what you're getting, they're ridiculously fast to get you the food, after you order it, and you just generally really can't go wrong with these folks. They're right up there, I tell you. Their ensemble of dishes are all commensurately delectable.
Ordered won ton soup and deliciously delightful. Just like the photo above the servers and plentiful, yummy won tons, bbq pork, carrots, bean shoots and more. Worth every cent and look forward to going back. Might have another deep, meaningful conversation with the in house seagull.😄
I ordered the Pad Thai from there and it’s pretty good. It’s very convenient for me since my parents and I are Vietnamese which my mom does more like Asian Food. This place is good, food is nice, although I need to get used of seagulls coming in for food.
