Good price .Dumplings was okay, Radish cake was very tasty with chilli sause :)
Wasting money on inedible foods. The rice roll was the most terrible . Really sorry to say, but it was cooked unevenly, most of the rice were overcooked, or I say porridge to be exact but part of them still grain.
Other items, especially bun roll and red bean bun were extremely dry.
And the sausage
Look, they're friendly, communicate well, the food is flavoursome, and it's relatively well priced. They have good hours... What more do you want?
Ordered those things through Ubereat for $35 and only got half size of the pancake. Definitely will not order on here anymore.

They used to have good banh mi a few years back. Now it's just a bit of meat, tiny amount of carrot, and a touch of lettuce for $7. Not even banh mi anymore, just a bad lunch roll. Mine also had a piece of bony cartilidge inside the meat, so could have choked or chipped a tooth too
