Picked up a takeaway burrito bowl from Guzman which was actually really delicious even though the chicken was quite fatty. Next time I’ll get a steak one
Staff were polite and friendly. I ordered a chicken burrito and chips . The food came out quite quickly and was very tasty . I will go again.

Nachos are so yummy!!! The mini size is perfect and not too big. I do wish they would look at the comments section though as we prefer the sour cream on the side but they always put it on the nachos.
Came here on the $5 burrito day- what a bargain! The burritos are huge and so tasty. Love that you get free guacamole with the vege option too

Food quality is pretty good while it’s ordered for Home delivery as in the Burritos or the fries doesn’t get soggy.
I feel like the standard has definitely dropped. Nachos weren't as good as I expected. Good for a quick and easy meal. Huge mexican fan this was well priced
When you visit a different branch of a trusted franchise you always hope the same standards are met. That is very much the case here. At this particular version of Guzman, The Dear Luncher was treated to a terrific burrito bowl. Grilled steak, with sour cream and brown rice, to be precise. Spicy, to be even more precise. Big tick.

Nearest outlet to my home and spent countless visits and only tried same old staple menu Burrito and Burrito Bowls. We always ask spicy configurationand make generous use of sauce station, which has lovely habanero sauce goes excellent with guacamole and nachos.
Only disappointed experience was when we ordered a takeaway they missed my burrito and had to eat only nachos for dinner that night. Please check take away order before leaving counter.
Today I found out about the free burrito for downloading the app, two of these bad boys for a total of $2.50. Now I wasn't really a expecting much for practically free burritos but I was amazed, waiting about 2mins, loaded myself with some free spicy sauce and feasted.
Although I do feel a bit of a food coma coming, Guzman Y Gomez has caught my attention.

Great customer service, energetic Staff was very kind and understanding, They listened to my concern about my chances in the bowl and changed it for me. Wait time is less and quick service Even I was at door 🚪 around 8:58 pm on Thursday still they take my order that was appreciate. Delicious and healthy Mexican food options available here 🥗👍.
Busy place! The tram seemed new and didn’t know what they were doing but were friendly and worked it out eventually. Food was good and at least it was clean. Great for a quick feed.

I had nearly visited all the nearby GYG's (4 to be precise), given all of them rating of 1 star(as I can't give 0, which they deserve), with all the reasons added with images as well which includes branch of (Malvern east, Box hill, Hawthorne
& Moorabbin as well). Yet a foodie i am, many of my friends told me to try this (South Yarra) one branch. It's bit far from my location but as the words from the mouth suggested, it was not one of the best but "the best" branch of GYG till now. Ingredients were on spot, with right amount, service was quick & staff was friendly too.
