I don't care what the other guy said, if you come to restaurants like this expecting full customer service, then you don't understand the point of these types of restaurants. They provide mid-price, medium quality (but fantastic tasting) fast food - a doctrine used by other chains such as Grill'd or Dominos. They are a reliable, consistent source of takeaway meals with a super casual in-house dining options - not 3 Michelin star restaurants you'd go to in white tie attire . Schnitz therefore succeeds in this role to the fullest extent, which is why it is deserving of high appraise. I can't wait for it to expand into other cities (skip Sydney (constituents of their snobby culture will reject these places in favour of niche local stores which serve all day brunch to patrons in active wear) and go straight to Brisbane), and follow in the footsteps of other great chains.
