gong cha is definitely what I could consider unique as the milk tea itself is very rich in flavour. Service is quite quick and decent customer service. I’ve haven’t had anything wrong with gong cha, Just there are many better options out there for cheaper.

Biggest issue I have with this place is there’s no structure in terms of queuing up and picking up order. Management should really make it clear on where to line up and what the rules are. Tasted a bit dilute, the pearls also some what softer than average. Overall wasn’t a bad experience but just below the standard of a good bubble tea place.
