Highly recommend to everyone! Nice place, friendly staff, cheap and cute bottle for a tea šš»
I love the messy black sugar pearl milk tea! I sometimes find that brown sugar milk teas end up too milky after mixing but this has the perfect syrup to milk ratio! I'm excited to try out the creme brulee milk tea next time I return.
If you must try something from Cha Cha it would be their green apple green tea! Mine is always at normal sugar and no ice! The green tea is amazing and it has this after taste that lingering for a while which I and my partner LOVE! However, there is a catch. The taste can be inconsistent sometimes depends on which staff make your order as well as the level of topping included ( someday I got lucky and have a good amount of pearls, someday not so much). I would give this place a 5/5 just for their green apple green tea, but for now 4/5 due to their inconsistency.
There are 4 bubble tea shops within 1 minute walk of where I was standing and split decision making is not my forte. So I just went into the one nearest to where I was park and Cha Cha Tea it was.
As with most other bubble tea shops, there's a top 10 bestsellers to help with decision making. I went with the Taiwanese Milk Tea with pearls and white pearls. I've gotten quite fond of white pearls, because I like the firmer bouncy texture, which reminds me of agar. The pearls here are a bit too soft for my liking, but yummy nonetheless.
The milk tea was of a lovely robust flavour, and strong in taste. Even at half sugar, it was a bit sweet for me though but that's just a personal preference.
Definitely will be returning for more!
One of the best places for bubble tea in Springvale. The store is really clean and pretty, the staff are extremely friendly and kind. They have chargers and play good music and the store is perfect for photos too ! The keepcups keep me coming back, if only they had reusable straws for their drinks š The Taiwanese milk tea soft serve was the best Iād ever had. Cha Cha is my go to !! I always get less sugar Becos Iām healthy and on a diet š¤Ŗ
First of all, the staff working there was really nice. Cha Cha Tea offers many good options for very good prices.
I have tried the mango milk tea, which tasted really refreshing, the drink was mixed well together.
The strawberry drink I had come in a cute bottle, it tasted alright, but had a slight artificial strawberry flavour, which I didnāt enjoy.
I like that these guys are more flexible with orders as some of the other chains have set recipes they cannot adjust. A good bubble tea place, nice store layout with a place to sit and charge your phone.
Had the brown sugar milk bubble tea. Itās the less milky version of bubble tea - the kind I like. Bubbles were soft with a bite to it. IMO based on this drink, Cha Cha is superior over The Alley.
Very friendly welcoming staff member. My first visit. Helpful staff member with ordering. Accept cards which is s bonus in Springvale where so many stores are cash only. Short waiting time. Enjoyed my Lychee Green Tea. Would return.

Thanks for the bbt!
Ordered creme brulee bbt as well as jasmin and taro soft serve.
I know bbt can be quite subjective and hence people have different go to places. Cha-cha is my new go to Springvale. Loved the pearl texture which was boucy, chewy and not sweetened. The creme brulee flavour captures the essence of the dessert. The soft serves is satisfying especially as you get the option to add the pearls on top. The jasmin flavour was my favourite!
Nice customer service, good bubble tea, decently priced but a just very long wait.
Nice drinks! Itās Gong Cha, so it tastes the same as the other branches around Melbourne. The workers here are pretty friendly too, I havenāt had any bad experiences.
Iām not sure why, but whenever I see a Gomg Cha thereās always a Hotstar Fried Chicken next to it. Is it a coincidence? Itās pretty funny.
