We were hesitant of making all the way from the City to try Afghan food in this restaurant but was totally worth it

This is a phenomenal place for a meal! I found the area really shady to get into but soon as I found my comfort feet, this place started getting more and more comforting to me. I was raised in the middle East so kebabs and pulaw are something I relish since young.
We ordered a mix platter pulaw and it was such a strong reminder of food back home. The roti was like back home, raita thick and potent and the pulao had the sweet fragrance of berries and carrots. The platter consisted of mutton shammi(best in Sydney), lamb Tikka and chicken tikka. All done really well. Their backbone is the high turnover here. Usually such qucik service makes the servers grumpy but these guys were warm and friendly. Kudos guys. Coming here again for some curries.
