Cozy place, great range of delicious Persian pastries, very generous owner and great service
Highly recommend.
Such a nice place to hang out with friends. They have delicious traditional Persian Ice cream and pastries with friendly customer service. I do recommend Shiraz Ice cream to all.
We went here with the family. The ice cream and faloodeh was a generous portion, nice persian icecream. staff were friendly.
biscuts and noon khamehi was also a win
Delicious and authentic Persian desserts (particularly the ice-cream and Sholeh-zard), sweets and pastries and to-die-for Persian Aash (Soup) and Haleem (Porridge). The service is great and the prices are fair and affordable. This is one of the best places for an authentic taste of a variety of Persian food and desserts.

Came here on a whim when we intended to try out an Afghan restaurant near by.
From the outside, it looks rather uneventful but their cake display was very inviting.
We walked in anyway to sample some of their desserts. Given the patronage of their customers, one can assume that it will be a good place and it was!
We ordered the cake plate for a very affordable sum of $8 for three different types of cakes. We got a pastachio swiss roll, a rosewater cream puff and some Persian style vanilla slice. All were delicious and amazing!
I also ordered a iced coffee to go with the dessert. The coffee was good but I wasn't so sure about the ice cream that came with it. All of that was only $14. Such a bargain!
This place is a real gem, and you need to travel out to taste these amazing places. I'd like to come back and sample their ice creams and other desserts. It's worth the experience and enjoyment.
Every time I come here it feels like home.
They famuse for persian sweet and Zofran I've cream.
Oh God napeloni and cream bread are exact same taste as back home.sweet enught .
Zofran ice cream is a same taste as Iran.

Nothing is better on a hot day than an icy treat, so I’m always excited to discover a new one. The Taste Food Tours crew recently introduced me to a beauty in Merrylands. On your next sunny day off, get yourself to Shiraz Ice Cream on the main drag of Merrylands, and settle in with a bowl of Faloodeh Ice Cream ($7). It’s a typical Iranian dessert that has two key elements. The first is Persian ice cream, flavoured with saffron from Saffron Only (read about this company HERE), rose water and dotted with chunks of heavy cream. The second element to this dessert are frozen white noodles made from starch and rose water. This typical Iranian dessert is best eaten in, so you can partake of the two sauce bottles attached to the tables. The red one is sour cherry, and the yellow one is lemon, and they’re delicious over the noodles in particular. By dining in, you’ll also get...
The best Persian style ice cream shop in Sydney; 100% recommended. The Shirazi Paloode is awesome. The sonnati (traditional) ice cream is alo amazing. As strange as it might sound, they have Shirazi Āsh which is also a must have (not with ice cream of course!)
Most delicious Persian ice cream & sweets. Bought two small takeaway containers of the saffron & pistachio ice cream (5each). The staff were really friendly & helpful, letting us try the different Persian biscuits. We bought pastry puffs with freshly whipped saffron cream, the most delicious walnut cookies & they gave us another biscuit to take home. So deceptively delicious - will be back.
Probably one of the best icecream/fooldeh shops in the whole western sydney. Very unique and spectacular. Even though the prices are a little expansive, it's worth every penny. would rate 10/5
Their ice cream and falloodeh are great. The sweets are nice and fresh. I have however have two criticisms: They overcharge when you know that you are not going to protest. They charged us $12 for a milkshake whilst the price list said $8. The other issue is the cutlery, cups and plates are plastic and disposable.
I hope the overcharging stops and as the business grows the quality of the plates and cutlery increase.
Currently I have tried their coconut cookies which were fantastic and in a second melt in your mouth. So yummy. And the lady who served me was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended
Omg!!
I’m in love with the cake that we had ordered absolutely amazing highly recommended.
And another thing the cakes that I saw in the window I thought it was unreal ‘fake’ but when I asked them I was shock so beautiful work unbelievable plus great customer service no other word can explain my feelings atm
I’m really thankful of my friend who introduce me #bestcustomerservice #bestcakes #bestineverything
Omg they've obviously changed this place since the last time I visited. The cream buns are to die for! So dam good! I tried the light chiffon type cakes soooo freaking yummy. There were different styles of them only the toppings were different.
There were lots of other different types of sweets like baklava, ice cream, biscuits and cakes. They also have tea, coffee, drinks, and juices.
But have the cream bun $2 each or $25 for a kg! Soooo, soooo good. Seriously go now!
Take someone that loves their sweets!
Great place for some tea and sweets after dinner
The service can be improved
Gets busy and loud sometimes
Prices are affordable
Can buy take away sweets.
They also have some special soup/ broth with thick noodles which is a persian traditional dish.
I love the colourful decor. One of their desserts has the most beautiful name – rice noodles in rose water with saffron ice cream.
It looks gorgeous! The ice cream has that gooey consistency similar to Turkish versions, the colour might be vibrant but the saffron isn’t overpowering at all. The noodles are interesting, they’re firm, almost crunchy and super sweet – it might not be everyone’s cuppa. Weirdly, adding cherry or lemon syrup to it cuts the sweetness.
Best Persian pastry and ice cream in Sydney without a doubt. However their customer services can be improved, as staff have often been rude and show little care for customers.
Thank you so much for the amazing cake you made for my daughters birthday. I was truely amazed when I saw the cake. It was exactly like the picture I showed earlier that day and I couldn’t believe you’d be able to make it the same day in such short period of time. It was my second positive experience with you n surely won’t be my last.
