Our favourite chocolate shop to visit. We're just up the road and love bringing interstate and overseas visitors here. There is such a huge range to cater to all budgets. From the very well priced $7 packets all the way up to the huge boxes for $45. What I love is that the kids can get something like freckles or chocolate coated snakes while I can get my parents and inlaws something a bit more gourmet like chocolate coated ginger or chilli chocolate etc. The platters for $30 to $35 are a favourite for presents. Also not just chocolate. Lots of other gifts too. The staff are the friendliest you'll find anywhere.
I would like to thank all the staff for their amazing job today. Everything was absolutely perfect for my daughters 10th birthday celebration. The food, service and chocolate was 100% on point. Nothing to fault. Will be back after we recover from the food coma haha thanks again.
They shut the kitchen an hour and a half early so we couldn’t order food. The coffee was too weak. The customer service was terrible a waitress wouldn’t allow a child to go to the toilet because they had just mopped the toilets. I will never go here again they’re very unprofessional and unfamily friendly despite having a playground.
Tried the chilli hot chocolate and I throughly enjoyed it but a chilli marshmallow is a strange experience of course. The brownie was large enough to share easily between two and the apple pie was soft and had a strong cinnamon flavour in the filling. We also brought plenty of chocolate treats to take back home!
Massive space, excellent for kids with a huge grassed area, sandpit etc. Coffee is OK, food is fairly limited and unoriginal but not bad. Excellent for families. Chocolate displays are impressive and the kids love them. Try the chocolate pretzels!
This place is huge! They have a massive selection of chocolates for purchase, and a case full of delicious looking truffles and fudges. The big artsy looking chocolate glass display cabinet was amazing, the time and effort to create that thing!
We were given a few samples to try, and decided to purchase the chocolate covered pretzels and the white chocolate rocky road. The service was ok. The cashiers are pretty young so I think they have a way to go yet in terms of learning the correct etiquette when serving customers. Some of the service team looked like they didn't want to be there.
Overall, I think our experience wasnt a bad one. I have read many bad reviews about the bad cafe food, so I dont think I will be dining there any time soon. Yummy chocolate though!

First of all, the chocolate displays in the glass cabinets are wonderful.
Whistler's has a selection of ice-creams at the front counter (the one with the chocolate samples!), and then a cafe at the back. It was a hot day, so no-one was outside, but there's a large grassed area with seats and a sandpit with a chalkboard, as well as a bunch of undercover seating. My first thought was actually that it would be a great location for wedding receptions.
We opted for the $10 strawberry fondue, because the $12 fondue for two just had a few different lollies with it. It was pretty good value. The chocolate was so nice, and the strawberries fresh and plentiful.
I tried the peppermint hot chocolate, and wow was it pepperminty. There was a lot of chocolate in the glass; I opted to eat one spoonful and mix in the rest, which took a few minutes to get it all off the sides. I perhaps shouldn't have mixed in as much.
My partner got the caramel hot chocolate, and that flavour was much more subtle.
The service was good; the staff were friendly.
Chocolate brownie is amazing!!! A great place to bring the kids, heaps of space to run about, footballs provided, sandpits, chalkboards, etc. Came in a Sunday afternoon and the staff were absolutely under the pump, coffees took quite a while but didn't notice too much being in the great surrounds.
Beautiful venue, very friendly and helpful staff. Very basic menu with not a lot of options, but the food is still very nice and fresh. Will dine here again when in the area.
Took my sister and the wife and kids out there for lunch. Was surprised at how quite the place was. Good was great, nice sized portions, little bit on the expensive side but overall was very happy with the God and service. Kids really enjoyed the outdoor area, great way for them to work off some energy before taking them home. Will be back for sure.
Went here for lunch with a friend a few months ago. We had the chicken and chips and it was delicious. The staff were really friendly and great service. Will be returning
Visited a while back during a wine and chocolate tour. Pretty good but you don't get to see them make chocolate. Great displays and tasty treats. Towards the pricier side of things and novelty wears off after you polish off a pack of choccies but it's a great place to take the kids.

Always great quality chocolate here and so many to choose from. Where do we even begin. The cafe at the back is just as popular as the chocolate. A must stop destination for those visiting the Swan Valley.
Friendly and helpful service. Beautiful chocolates and coffee. Good variety of foods on the menu. Great outdoor area.
Lovely place to visit and stop over for those with sweet tooth. Get your chocolates, sweets and iL Gelato ice cream here to satisfy your sweet cravings. Big outdoors for kids to play and run around. Big alfresco dining tables and chairs outside. This place closes at 5pm on Monday public holiday when we visited after a trip to Toodyay.
Pretty place to sit and have a hot chocolate or coffee or you can stock up on all your favourite chocolates. They even have a great selection of home made anovelty items and pretty ornaments etc. I bought a ceramic ornamental bird for $12.95.
Great place for treats or afternoon tea. The chocolate is small batch fresh made so not over produced and stale like Margaret River chocolate. Plenty of variety to suit all tastes, including ruby chocolate. And very reasonably priced. The cafe is also great with good food and nice coffee, something for all ages. There's a large grassed outdoor area for the kids to run and play too. Disability access is generally ok, but the toilet corridor may be harder than usual to navigate.
The staff in the shop area are consistently excellent and always provide a wonderful shopping experience.
I could easily buy Whistler's chocolate at a shop up the road from me but it's worth the drive to the Swan Valley for the range and service.
Do not leave without a bag of the chocolate covered pretzels!
Have not experienced the cafe section so can't provide feedback for the cafe.
