Wagyu beef was definitely the highlight of our meals. Beautifully cooked and served. Service took longer than expected for a four course meal took roughly 2 hours. Be careful of the potholes on the drive there.
Probably the best country steak house you’ll find. Fresh and not too fancy. Food is excellent value when you consider in Melbourne you pay the same price for just the steak alone, here you get that and 3 extra courses. Ask for the chefs table for the full experience. If you're in the Mount Gambier area and you love steak this is a definite must do experience. Full blood Waygu dinner where they're grown. The chef takes you through the history of Waygu and how the cattle are treated then you get to try. Fantastic experience.
