Excellent food and service. Family friendly place, with paper for toddler to doodle while waiting for food. Loved the risotto and chicken roulade! What a fabulous pub in a quaint setting. I had the special of the day which was mussels & my goodness they were good! Hubby’s burger looked amazing too & the kids could draw all over the paper table liner. Really enjoyable - and lovely service.

Went there for lunch the day after a wedding to catch up with everyone. They stuffed up the reservation which bride and groom weren't happy about and staff could've dealt with it better. Lovely old authentic pub with a nice grassed lawn in the sun among classic heritage buildings in a quaint little village. Well worth a visit. Delicious meals.
