Quite possibly the best sushi I have ever eaten. Ordered the Alaska Roll, I would definitely recommend. Mandu (Steamed Dumplings) were also amazing. Overall good vibes, food service was really quick (less than 5 minutes between ordering and getting the food to the table) even though the Resturant was filled with people.

We came to Moon Fresh Sushi in Miranda on a Sunday afternoon. We were greeted and presented with menus upon arrival and the server was extremely accomodating. We ordered the Chicken Teryaki Bento Box ($27), Spicy Crunch Roll ($16) and Alaska Roll ($17) based on the chef's recommendation. Service was relatively fast and food came within 10 minutes. Though the bento box is a bit more expensive than your average one, the serving and quality of the bento box at Moon Fresh Sushi makes up for it. All of the box's components - from the gyoza to teryaki chicken were delicious. The two rolls were very generous in serving sizes and the fillings complemented each other perfectly. Our three dishes easily fed four people and left us feeling very satisfied. Overall, our experience here was amazing and we would not hesitate to return anytime soon!

100% the freshest sushi I have ever had. So much variety and the staff are super friendly. You also get a drink with purchase. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting quality fresh sushi

Great Japanese, great chefs and great prices. Can't go wrong!. I've been going to Moon Sushi in Miranda for over 3 years now, and I have never been disappointed. My partner and I are always fed to bursting point for around $30-40. Sometimes even less!
The quality is amazing and the flavours and variety in choice are great.
Favourite restaurant!

What a great find. This place is excellent... Right up there with Kanji in caringbah and Kanakawa in cronulla when it comes to quality fresh sushi in the shire. Yum
