Came here in a group of about 12 for a birthday dinner and we were given our own little private room!
Service was quite quick with a nice diverse menu. I ordered the 400g Grain fed rib eye steak on the specials menu and it was so good! The steak was cooked perfectly at a rare and came with a side of delicious scalloped potatoes which were nice and cheesy.
Also tried the lamb shanks which were so tender and falling off the bone. It also came with smooth mash! The only downside was that it was a little bit bland.
Overall a great place for dinner, would love to try the pizza and pasta next time!
Shrimp Fettuccine is the BEST! And I’m not just sayin it, it’s such a savoury and filling dish with beautiful plating, well worth the price!
Great local Italian venue close to Mitcham station. I found this on zomato but I always seems to drive past without notice it. Very spacious and great decor. Bookmark them as well for Christmas function
Had the pasta marinara and lamb shanks and both were delicious and full of flavour. Pasta was al dente , seafood was fresh and lamb shanks were tender and melted off the bone. Very friendly and warm staff. Ample parking up back. Generous portions and reasonable pricing. Great for family and group gatherings and celebrations. Pram friendly too. Popular place, so booking is recommended.
Great atmosphere and food.
We used the function room for an event and it was extremely spacious and well decorated. The stuffed mushroom was delicious and the sticky date pudding is a must! Best sticky date pudding I’ve had so far.

Wow! Just fantastic! Staff were amazing, food was Devine. Would definitely choose this restaurant on a regular basis if I lived closer. Perfect!
Went here yesterday to celebrate Mother's Day. We arrived slightly earlier than most other patrons and were therefore probably served faster than most others. The staff were all very attentive to us and had a great charisma. The older gentlemen serving us was funny and kept us engaged throughout the lunch experience. Well done to all the staff. The food was also very much up to standard. All the mains were tasty however the Olive and Feta bread was probably the unexpected standout of the dining occasion. I think the prices are high but fair for the quality and portions.
Don't beleive the negative reviews, had dinner tonight for 8 friend's bday, servings were large and impeccable service. If you had ever been to Sammy's in st Kilda opposite Macca's this is one of his places, he's aged but I remember him from 17yr ago, seafood stew was amazing as was the broth and i haven't seen a serve of veal scollapini that big in 10yrs. Give it a try forget the naybsayers probs didn't it on a coupon or some discount. Well priced delectable grub, I'll be back and I live in the city.
Lovely decor and ambience. White table cloth service, lovely waiter/waitress.
Menu was extensive but meal serves were quite small on the Mon-Fri lunch special.
We dined for lunch on a Friday. Clientelle waa all retired people. It may have just been that day particularly but it was good there was no background noise, as in music, for us to shout over.
Simple but decent Italian menu,
Quality produce and good taste. It's place to visit with family or friends. Close to fine dining and but price vs portions doesn't complement that much.
