What a good little surprise this bakery was... when you hear of the few things outback towns have one is always a bakery and Mitchell bakery certainly did not disappoint. While I was recommended Lamingtons, when a local walked past me with two bags of hotcross buns, I could not go past these! Great, friendly service, very accommodating.... and you MUST try their hotcross buns if theyre still available. These are to die for! Best invention I've seen ever CHOCOLATE-MINT! And the Butterscotch x date were pretty amazing too.

Oh wow the fruit buns from this bakery were the BEST I have ever had. I would drive out of my way to get them. Even the bag smells good after we ate them all in one day. My coffee was perfect too.
