What a good little surprise this bakery was... when you hear of the few things outback towns have one is always a bakery and Mitchell bakery certainly did not disappoint. While I was recommended Lamingtons, when a local walked past me with two bags of hotcross buns, I could not go past these! Great,

Oh wow the fruit buns from this bakery were the BEST I have ever had. I would drive out of my way to get them. Even the bag smells good after we ate them all in one day. My coffee was perfect too.
