I seriously have recieved such an awesome service experience! This place is humble, courteous and friendly. You are felt welcomed like family. The food is amazing as if mum cooked ... those hearty warm delicious food feels. I honestly have no complaint. I seriously would drive from campbelltown just to eat here ����

Yummm chicken and chips is great. The stuffing in the chicken tastes sooo gooood. Chips are nice and crispy and perfect amount of salt on them
The staffs are super nice and friendly. Many options for both evil and healthy dining. Really nice to try a lot of interesting salads here. Will go to another store in the future! This one is too far....
Ordered the 1/4 Chicken and salad pack with greek, beetroot and wonton salad - great variety and value.
Took ages to decide from amongst the many choices and it was such a big plate it took ages to finish too. Chicken was tender and moist, salads were tasty.
One of the better charcoal chicken places around.
Top notch, fresh tasty food, great service. When ever I come here the food is always consistent and they give very generous portions! Great dinner meals, so much variety...hard to choose! Staff are enthusiastic and friendly. what else do you need?!

Chargrill Charlie's (or as I like to call it, Chookas), is probably my favourite takeaway dinner option around. There is a whole heap of options available, from salads, to chicken, to burgers, fish, chips, bread, curries, pastas, veggies and even dessert! This Chookas in particular has beer and wine available on tap.
The service here in Mona Vale is absolutely amazing. You feel welcomed and looked after. You can dine at the restaurant (either inside or outside) or take your delicious dinner home with you.
A few of my favourite things to order are:
- Classic BBQ Chicken: Super delicious chicken with yummy stuffing. It's tender and a good size. You can have the chicken cut up for you too.
- Honey Mustard Veggies: A very tasty compilation of vegetables with a sweet mustard glaze. Sometimes a few of the veggies can be slightly under baked, but on the whole, i love this side and always order it.
- Burgers (either beef and cheese, chicken and cheese or The Chomper): Always a great, yummy option.
- Chips: SO GOOD. If they have just come out the frier too...you're in for a treat.
- Chicken Lemongrass Salad: A great salad with amazingly good shredded chicken in it. Love the dressing and the crispy shredded cabbage.
- Schnitzel Roll: Always gets a thumbs up.
- House-made Bread: very nice with a crispy crust and lots of grains.
Last night I got the Tasmanian Baked Salmon with 2 serves of veggies for $17.90. Amazing value as it was a seriously large serving of yummy roast veggies and tasty salmon. The salmon was slightly overcooked as it was baked in a large pan with lots of salmon, but still very enjoyable with a delicious mustard and dill flavour. It was baked with sliced potatoes on the base, and they were so good. We also got the rice pudding; a tasty end to dinner.
The best service ever!!! Happy, friendly, accommodating, professional outing for my family. Super yummy, healthy bowls full of flavour and plenty to choose from!! Highly recommend!! Love Charcoal Charlie ❤
Without a doubt our favourite place to get something quickly and on-the-go. The chickens here are second to none and we absolutely love the sides. Very pleased with the staff and the service we always receive. Even carried my bags to the car when I came late with a big order (sorry for that!!).
Gavin and his team came to my rescue after being let down by a local caterer just days before my upcoming birthday party. We have had many chickens, salads and burgers from this particular Chargrill Charlies in Mona Vale, so I knew that their food was fresh, however, it was my first time ordering from their actual catering menu. Gavin and his team were very helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, which put my mind at ease with such short notice. The food was delivered on time and all seven dishes I chose were super fresh and made that morning. Everything was very tasty and there was ample of it. My family and friends could not believe it came from our local chicken shop after asking me where I got it from! My personal favourite was the thai yellow chicken curry, but the country lamb shanks were the absolute bomb and a huge hit with everyone! Thank you Gavin and Team - I will not hesitate to use you again for future parties/events.

Absolutely love Chargrill Charlie's - the food is delicious, there's a great range - something for the whole family - and we've always received great service. The Charlie Chomper is my go-to (with peri peri sauce) and never fails to satisfy, especially when hungover haha.
I was particularly motivated to write this review after a really positive experience: There was a mix-up with one of our items and when I raised this with the store the manager went above and beyond to resolve it and make sure I was happy. Really great customer service; another reason I'll definitely be going back. Big props to Gav for his help!
And a final point: Chargrill Charlie's seems to travel really well when delivered, noticeably better than most similar takeaway/burger food in the area.
Sweet and juicy pumpkin. Wedges had a nice crispy skin while being nice and soft on the inside. Portuguese chicken was flavourful and succulent with lots of sauces to take it to keep it interesting. Tabouli and Chop salad had nice fresh ingrediants. Greek sauce for the chicken was sour and tangy.
