Small place but the quality of coffee and the food is superb. I really like it the way they set up everything. Very relaxed place and honest food, chef knows what is he doing. I will definitely visit this place again and highly recommend
So happy I stumbled across this little cafe, the food was absolutely amazing, the service was top notch, and the coffee, well I have one very fussy mother when it comes to coffee, always asks for it extra extra hot and anywhere else she would have to ask them to put it in the microwave as it is just never hot enough, but here at Manna Lane they got it perfect first time! Highly recommend!!!
The food is really good, like something you'd see on Masterchef. Very fresh, imaginative and nicely presented.
Has a bit of a trendy, inner city, politically correct feel about it, but that is actually good for diversity in an outer suburb which already has a lot of cheaper places that cater to other demographics.
Prices, although higher than typical Mooroolbark fare, are reasonable given the quality of produce used and the talent of the chef, who is top shelf.
Definitely a great addition to the area, like when Thai Lemon Tree opened in Croydon. Gentrification of suburbs can be unsettling in some respects, but in my opinion it is mostly positive.
