I went to Wild Yam today for lunch with three Girlfriends. The best coffee in Mordialloc and the falafel wrap a must. My girlfriends absolutely enjoyed their fresh vegetable curry. The staff very friendly and helpful. We will be going back there for sure.
My friend Marie brought me here, my first time & I absolutely loved the place. The food is amazing, the staff are friendly & attentive without being intrusive. It has a pleasant & calm feel making it an enjoyable environment to be in. Will definitely be back again.😊

The tofu sadly sold out moments before I entered, although it was 4pm so that’s understandable! I’m glad to see a small, local veg business thriving in Mordy!
If you like healthy food with no fuss this is your haven. The coffee is made with love and you can taste that, the cakes are all handmade and I've never had one that wasn't delicious. The salads are made fresh on the spot everyday - you get what you pay for and the large $12 salad is big enough for two! I love that they have a huge selection of books to read while you are unwinding with a coffee. I buy my essential oils and other unique pantry and fridge items here that I can't get anywhere else. Amy -the owner- and her staff are real authentic people who reciprocate kindness and warmth, which is all I expect from a human interaction. This is a true grass roots business that locals should be investing in.
Small little cafe and health food store. For a cold melbournes winter day a Soup was recommended and I couldn't disagree. Huge healthy mug of soup perfect for soul
A place you can go into by yourself and not feel alone!! Great vibe as soon as you walk inside!! Good simple honest food that is tasty (and really not all that complicated!) Still yet to find a place whose almond cappucino compares to Yams!!
Wild Yam has a nice array of vegan food and grocery products. Went with my girlfriend and got the caramello smoothie which was really nice and 2 salads with vegie fingers. The vegie fingers were okay and the salads were great, they're prepared fresh each day and there's a lot to choose from.
Such a good place! Their fake meat tastes so legit and their food is so tasty! and is close by the beach so when your hungry you can go find delicious vegan food nearby!
Wild Yam is my local and I am stoked to have such choice to be able to buy yum vegan food & raw treats in Mordialloc. The saying "you get what you pay for" really applies here. Good food is more expensive and anyone who buys organic food or the ingredients for raw deserts will appreciate this food is not overpriced. Thank you Wild Yam:-)
Best coffee and raw cakes in Melbourne! The food is also amazing and staff are super friendly. Not sure why people are so negative in some of their reviews. We are so lucky to have this place in our area. Keep up the good work wild yam! :)
Lovely staff and amazing food, every time l go is always a pleasant experience. They can get busy at times but worth the wait as their coffee is great and their food is both nutritious and delicious, recommended.
