I wouldnt get my Thai from anywhere else, the most hard working staff who clearly love what they are doing. Love them recommending new dishes for me to try, great atmosphere, also got smiles on their faces. The food is delicious and love that when we go there we are supporting a small family business.
Very good menu and pleasant owner. Writing this April 2022 and staff are still hard to come by post pandemic......even so service was good and the food excellent. If you like Thai you'll love this.

Service staff go out of their way to accomodate your needs which is something i've found super rare in recent times.

I love Thai cuisine, and I cannot afford to miss having GANG KEOW WAN, the Thai Chicken Green Curry, here at Thai Makong Restaurant. If you are in Mornington or somewhere in the Peninsula, I recommend trying their authentic Thai foods and experiencing their friendly staff and best quality customer service!

We ordered Take Away for the first time after reading previous positive reviews and I have to say they are all correct. This is the best Thai restaurant by far. The staff were friendly and helpful over the phone. They told us that it should be ready by 6.15pm and it arrived on time and the food was HOT. The food was sensational and we received an unexpected nice surprise of a complimentary bottle of wine with our delivery. I'm assuming it was because it was our first time ordering but not sure??? Something simple but such a lovely gesture that certainly put a smile on our face. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be ordering again and we will be telling all our friends for sure.... Thank you for such a lovely evening at home with Take Away :)
