Review Spinners Pizza - Moss Vale

Ordered online 2 different sizes of gourmet for pick-up ~1 ½h before closing Sunday evening. Upsides; online ordering and ‘designing’ of pizzas worked well; they were ready when the system stated; staff friendly on collection. Downsides: both Vegetarian and Sicilian bases burnt around the edges and on the underside, plus salami in the Sicilian topping well singed. Sorry, but that’s nowhere near ‘gourmet’ this time around.

Preeminent pepperoni!! Absolute best pepperoni pizza in NSW - it’s shredded & there’s loads of it, no need to ask for extra. Yes, it’s dearer than Dominoes but it’s worth it & you can fully customise your pizza! Not just choose your base, you choose how much cheese, how well cooked, etc. Good online ordering system where you can login to see your past orders & reorder your favourite. Staff are lovely. I had an internet connection issue & my card was double charged – they refunded it without question. Very pleased.

Awesome genuine pizzas! The gluten free pizza base tasted 99% like REAL pizza base which is a real feat!

Good pizza, terrible service! I have been a repeat customer for several years, most (70%) of the time the service is poor, however tonight was terrible. I will not be returning to Spinners again, unfortunately they have lost my business to Domino's now.

Great food with very friendly staff. The pizzas were amazing, the pastas were so good and it was hard to stop eating the ribs and chicken wings. Everything was very delicious.

40 Dollars for 2 tiny burnt pizzas and a cheese garlic bread that had no cheese go jump I won't be back

Would love to rate higher because I agree we should support our local businesses.. but last night's dinner was very dissapointing. I had spent $96 all up on our dinner which included 2 pizzas, 1 pasta, 1 garlic bread, 2 desserts. And as I've purchased before from spinners I was excited to have their pizzas again over dominos. But upon eating the first slice of each pizza we ordered, there was something very very off about the taste of the pizza base. The Hawiian was pretty bad but the meat lovers was actually quite horrible. The hawiann pizza was pretty much just tomato base and a thick layer of cheese (hardly any ham or pineapple).. but I honestly don't know what was up with their pizza bases it tasted like sour onion mixed with bin juice. We had also added chicken in our pasta that night, which we also regret doing so as the chicken resembled closer to cardboard. To sum it up, it was $96 for this whole meal which we didn't even finish one slice of either pizzas, or any of the pasta. The only thing that was edible was the prepacked desserts from aldi that they have. Very disappointed after specifically choosing spinners over dominos, only for it to be a total waste of money.. This is the first time I've eaten there since the new owners. Would appreciate a refund considering none of it could actually be eaten

Hi Everyone, Spinners Pizza & Ribs is under New Management now. Our menu hasn’t changed, you can always modify your order to suit yourself. If you would prefer less cheese or add other toppings it’s not a problem for us to accommodate to your tastes. We will be getting an online ordering system up soon, so keep an eye out for that.
