They didn’t have any juice at all, so I had to order a hot chocolate. And they didn’t any fruits or salad 😭so I didn’t have my breakfast

I have visited this expensive cafe only twice in the 20 years that I have worked in the area and I won’t be going back. I ordered a medium Cappuccino. It was very milky had a horrible burnt taste. These guys take the Mickey and charge a 50 cent takeaway fee on the coffee (who charges a fee for takeaway in an industrial area?). The egg and bacon muffin I had was dried and over cooked. I had been obviously cooked and sitting there for a long time before I arrived. There are a dozen much better cafes close by. My recommendation is to go and try one of those.

There is a kinder and dance studio just next door, so after depositing the kids it's a great place for you and your partner to space out with coffee and cake. The food here is very good. Great place after work for a beer too, if you're close by. Love the fact the also offer free internet to read the news or let the kids watch YouTube.

Cafe Axxess has a wide range of food offerings which include vegan, vegetarian and catering for all intolerances. We pride ourselves with using fresh ingredients and source only the best we can. Our menu changes seasonally.we are not pricey for what we offer in fact quite the opposite. Very affordable food reasonably priced to suit all budgets.

Dashed in to grab a quick drink, decent wait time, the place was pretty clean and service wasn't that bad. May come back to try other things on the menu next time.

Staff aren’t friendly and very passive aggressive, food is mediocre and expensive and extreme long wait times for a empty cafe.<br/>Would not recommend or not come back even though I work next door.<br/>

Located in the Industrial area on Gilby road, Cafe Axxess is a great spot in which to start your morning right. The interior is brightly lit and refreshing. Huge patio area as well as plenty of indoor seating. While it is a little outdated, when compared to the other million cafes in Melbourne, the vibe at Cafe Axxess is humble and inviting. <br/><br/>Had the hot chocolate and it was pretty decent! It comes in a huge mug w/ marshmallows and cookies. Tasted smooth and creamy which I liked. I also had the steak burger - very flavorful and juicy. Portion was ginormous and well-priced too at only $13. <br/><br/>Overall, not a bad place to grab a quick lunch and coffee on the go. I will definitely be back to try more of their breakfast items.

If you go to this place with the same mentality that you go with when buying food at the football you won't be disappointed. Just expect to pay a pretty penny for average at best food and with a large coffee setting you back nearly 6 dollars you are better off bringing your own to work as it's not much better than a McCafe flat white.

Seems to be quite popular cafe/diner in industrial area ... so nothing like real restaurant etc. place is clean, friendly staff. Dunno why all the hassle about the coffee.. yeah, normal coffee. Food is what you can expect from highway diners. Soft, cold, blunt vegetables. Fries as they normally are. Big parmas etc. nothing special but still not so bad either. Will go again... best of close by options.

"WHICH COFFEE DO YOU USE?' this Whippeteer enquired. The answer was unexpected.<br/><br/>"MY BROTHER ROASTS THE BEANS" the Barista/Owner replied. "That way you can control the quality" he added. The flavour is unique.<br/><br/>Yes, Cafe Axxess take their coffee SERIOUSLY. <br/><br/>We loved it.<br/>

My preferred coffee. It's a bit nicer than your regular industrial estate cafe, but has higher prices because of it. The food is good enough for what it is, but not better than the other side of Ferntree Gully Road (which also ain't cheap). But the coffee...<br/>When they get it right (which used to be always, but alas, no longer. A little hit and miss now) it is the best cappuccino or flat white in Melbourne. Well, it is if your preferred is Piazza D'Oro like mine is. Milano blend, I believe.<br/>Now all you coffeenista's that say you have to have 100% arabica, and think St Ali's is the Holy Grail, stay away (you nancy girls you). I don't want your type at my local. Real men don't mind a bit of robusta. Just like the great houses in France don't mind a little something to improve the blend, or our very own Grange Hermitage. The coffee here is a man's drink. And, er, a ladies drink, if you are a lady. it's not the insipid, lukewarm rubbish at St Ali. Just don't eat the biscuit (I'm being literal, it's not urban slang), it ruins the flavour of the coffee.

Staff not that friendly. Weak coffee

Great coffee and they are quick to make it. Had lunch there a few times and the food was good for the price.<br/>Also they returned my wallet after I stupidly left it there.
