Toro Cafe - Mount Waverley - Photo album

No one welcomes you in, and yet there is a welcoming vibe in this cafe. When we visited for brekky, the cafe was full. It seems that there are many regulars, which most likely means that the cafe is good. We ordered a brekky burger, a chicken Schnitzel burger, a fried egg on toast, coffees and hot c
We tried chicken pho, sweet and sour fish and stick spy tofu. While fish and pho were excellent. Tofu was okay. Little on dry side and less seasoning. But the host is warm and helpful. We enjoyed our afternoon here
We had taken dog for walk so good to have cafe with outdoor seating! Nice ambience inside too. Lovely sauce with eggs Benny!
Ever since i moved here this cafe has been hands down the best I’ve ever been too. Amazing staff and my coffee always tastes fantastic! Almost there every day and they deserve the highest of ratings. Cheers Toro Cafe :)
Lovely cafe of light brunch or food, so welcoming vibe and beautiful and healthy food.
Service has seriously gone down. Staff keep forgetting my orders, what.. am I invisible?? This is not the first time it has happened. If it has happened to me, then the Cafe is losing business from other customers as well who don't complain and just do not come back.
Super affordable, with two dining out, we both got a main and a drink and it was around 30 AUD. Food is hearty. Fries are fresh and salted to perfection. Pho broth is clear and tasty.
Can’t believe how inexpensive this cafe is compared to other cafes in Melbs! The kicker, you don’t compromise flavour or taste when you order here. They made my soft poached eggs perfectly and even with add-ons you still come in under $20 AUD. Definitely will be coming back!
