Had lunch here today...3 of us chose the combination stirfry and our other member Salt and Pepper Calamari. All meals were fresh and came in great time.
My favourite is the broken rice with the pork chop!! The pho isn’t too bad. Good on a cold & wet day! I must try something different soon. :)

Delicious fresh tasting food! Had the grilled pork bun with spring rolls, which was incredibly flavourful and filling. I will definitely be back again!
Vietnam Bar is fast becoming a family favourite of ours for good value and great tasting takeaway. Formerly known as Po Hing (a Chinese restaurant), the owners have renovated the place and it was reborn as Vietnam Bar. Some of our favourite go-to menu items are the warm vermicelli noodles with lemongrass pork, spring rolls, pickled veg and salad. This plentiful bowl of freshly cooked rice vermicelli is loaded with aromatic pork and oh-so-delicious spring rolls. Unlike other Vietnamese restaurants, I like how Vietnam Bar includes picked veg as part of the salad. I also like the extra touches - the roasted peanuts and cooked spring onion garnishes. I'm always impressed with the quantity and quality of this dish - the salad leaves are always fresh and squeaky - no limp leaves here!
Not bad! We got take away! I ordered the wonton egg noodle soup, it was good and my partner liked the beef brisket pho. He said there was heaps of flavour but I personally didn’t try it myself. All meals were generously packed & staff were friendly when greeted. Wouldn’t mind coming back again as this was my first time trying this place.
Edit: Vietnam bar is becoming my go to for Vietnamese. Have tried a few things of the menu and they do not disappoint. Pretty decent food for Vietnamese in a local area. Definitely recommend this place if you’re not looking to drive to springvale.
Good food , great service ,nice restaurant and cheapest price in this area . Highly recommend for who looking for traditional Vietnamese and Chinese .
Good to see the owner of Po Hing Chinese Restaurant is still here with new Vietnamese partnership in . They bring more chef ,more food and more choice for us to try .
