I have been a big fan of pho for meany years , travelled through Vietnam lots of times sampling pho all along the way , eating in Cabramatta's pho famous hot spots, Marrickville too .. lots of slurping great experiences with eating pho..... and now Mullumbimby has a Pink Lotus and the super best surprise ever is that the PHO is amazing .... AMAZING ....

My partner and I absolutely love this restaurant. We’re from Sydney and the food here doesn’t even compete with the Vietnamese restaurants there. You can taste every flavour, every natural ingredient and zero msg/heaviness after a meal. We came and stayed in the Uki area for 4 days, and 2 of the nights we had dinner here. Not to mention how friendly the staff are, particularly Brad - he’s such a beautiful soul, very friendly, very welcoming - you just feel at home. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to tell all our family and friends about it!
Very good Vietnamese restaurant. One of the best I had in Australia. The staff is great and the margaritas are tasty. Portions size are big. I recommend 100% and will be back.

Crispy barramundi laksa absolutely slaps, the fish doesn't go soggy at all, stays nice and crisp and you can really taste the quality and freshness overall. Fantastic reasturant worth every cent, and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly.
