Love the creativity in the flavors and the staff are always super friendly! The availability of gluten and dairy free options is also great, especially the "Dark Side of the Moon", which just happens to be an incredible chocolate gelato as well! Everything I've tried here tastes fresh and well balanced: the hardest thing is narrowing down which flavors I can fit in my stomach!

Monella is without a doubt the best ice creamery in existence, the staff are the most amazing lovely chicks IN THE WORLD! We live 45 minutes away but the weekly drive to Monella is so worth it! Ever changing flavours served with fun and the smiles makes our hearts melt �� thank you guys

Vibey place with a focused menu. The flavours are interesting and unique. I hd the Michael Jackson and the raspeberry shortcake. They are a bit sweeter than I’m used to but were delicious. Mint choc flavour is very refreshing

Really cool vibe, and the ice cream was on point. A little pricey but the flavours are unique. Also have vegan options. The staff are friendly and nice. Very quick too. There is no place to sit however, so be prepared to stand.

This place can easily compete with the best gelato places we have in Sydney. I was surprised I never heard about it before. A delicious combination of flavors and so many choices. The staff was amazing, she took the time and effort to explain about each flavor and what makes it special. Definetly coming back whenever I pass by new castle!

Thoroughly impressed with this gelato. This was genuine artisan quality with real skill shown in the flavour combinations. The service was warm and friendly as a bonus. There was maybe a little too much focus on the chocolate and caramel flavour spectrum but I guess that is what is popular, and each member of the family loved theirs. The attempted hate attacks via other "reviews" over personal medical decisions is what brought me out of my way to come here, so advertising works. Hate does not.
