Really tasty, affordable and delicious banh mi (Vietnamese rolls)! Used their own fresh bread and had pork, chicken, tofu and veggie options, as well as fresh chili (would recommend). Also had a nice range of pies and rolls, plus some gingerbread and croissants.The owner was super friendly and lovely, and they accepted card and cash. Would definitely come back again :D
I've walked by Vo's Bakery on Hunter St many times but finally popped in to this unassuming spot. I was immediately greeted by the friendly proprietor and I chose a bahn mi with pork and some chilli. I had to get a few other sweet treats too!
The bahn mi is superb, full of freshness and flavour. Flaky soft bread roll, plenty of pate, pork, juicy pickled shredded carrot, cucumber, freshness of coriander, mayo providing moistness in each bite, and the hum of chilli makes for a lovely meal and very inexpensive too.

Best Bahn Mi around! Only $6. Very Tasty. Pies, sausage rolls and drinks are nice and priced very well. Shop owner is very nice and welcoming :) Cash only and sadly they removed all the parking out the front. But worth it for the best bahn mii in newcastle!

Randomly walked past on Sunday afternoon at 2:40. Really tasty banh mi with plenty of pate that is very different to other Bahn mi places in sydney. Glad I found this gem.

The service here was absolutely above and beyond. We came looking for a pork roll but they were out of bread. But we need not worry for vo walked down to the next bakery bought back to bread rolls and went above and beyond to make us two pork rolls absolute legend.
