Great location with the best views overlooking the water. Beautifully presented restaurant, love the decor, and everything about the whole place. The staff were wonderful, food amazing, mango daiquiri highly recommended. Can’t fault the place at all. We’ll be back on a regular basis. Congratulations, and thank you for providing such a great place to eat, drink, catch up with friends and enjoy the beautiful San Remo/Newhaven views.
First timers (4 of us) and not disappointed in any way. Exceptional service by Alice our waitress, she was very knowledgeable in both the food and drinks. We told her more or less what we wanted and went with her recommendations. The food was amazing especially the duck spring rolls, they are to die for!

Really beautiful restaurant on a dock overlooking the water. Service was a bit funny, had to ask for water and cutlery was set up yourself. However really delicious food, everyone really enjoyed it, recommend the porterhouse, chicken parm, fish and chips and pizzas. Also had a strawberry daquiri which was amazing. Keep up the good work Saltwater!
A must stop when visiting the island! Affordable million dollar views, service, ambience and wood fired pizzas! Just another treat when visiting Phillip Island.
The food at Saltwater is excellent - great place to go for some shared pizzas and good wine. Don't think you could beat the location either. Well worth a visit!
A 5 star rating is well deserved at Saltwater in Phillip Island.Beautiful location and vistas , well presented professional wait staff , Quality menu ingredient's .Sitting in the upper loft part taking advantage of the vistas did not deter the wait staff , the service was impeccable and unobtrusive. Looking over the menu it was evident that quality was key to dishes. Once served the flavor, presentation, quality and serving size was even better than expected. The delicious Saltwater Benedict simply cannot be described in a menu. Each part of the dish stood out on its own and in harmony with the other ingredients. The way the egg yolk ran over the grilled sourdough covered in thinly sliced prosciutto , presented with micro herbs ,just amazing

After reading all the reviews after the last couple of months, from long wait times, to the lack of staff, we decided to give the place a go.
Food was delicious, atmosphere was relaxed, service was friendly and on point.
Only down side, as diners upstairs, we were left alone a bit too much and table settings weren’t topped up after last diners.
A plus would be a waiter coming to check on us occasionally (“how’s everything going, can I get you anything else?”).
However, I do highly recommend this place. It really looks like they read the reviews (from the last 3 months or so) and took them on board to pick up the challenges handed to us from lockdowns and staffing issues.

Hi there came here on Saturday night for a dinner with my girlfriend and her parents. On arrival is was a very cool looking place next the water up against a pier. The place is very casual/dressy vibe. When we got the the waitress was nice and sat us at our table, she continued to tell us there would be up to a 45 minute wait on the food, we said no worries we understand. 1 hour and 15 minutes pass and our food arrives. We weren't exactly thrilled but it is what it is. We got the chilly mussels which were very good, very tasty needs more bread with it to dip into the sauce! Also got the fish tacos which were spot on. We also got a pizza and was a wood fired fancy looking and I was told it tasted great. So good was.great obviously but they lose half a star for the long wait. Short staffed or not you should be offering the customer something of value for the mistake you are running a business you have to respect the customer. All and all amazing food. Average service.
I would rate this restaurant a 3.5 stars but unfortunately that is not an option. This restaurant, no matter where you are sitting provides amazing views which are relaxing to look at. However, we were seated on the upper level and were a little forgotten about, waiters not coming up often at all. It was a busy night and they were understaffed so service was slow. There were multiple yummy vegetarian, gluten free and vegan meals. The food was reasonably sized however, some improvements could be made to make the food go from good the great. The dessert was the highlight of our meal! It was a little pricy but we would still come back again.
We were recommended this restaurant as a great place for dinner. So my wife booked it. The restaurant was very well presented very clean. The staff were very conscientious in regards to checking the vaccination certificates prior to entry.
We were seated fairly quickly, and I have to say that a the staff were ery good at their job, but also very friendly and it enhanced our dining experience.
The food was great and very delicious. U ordered the chicken parma the topping was very very good, and the chicken was moist and the chips and salad was totally yummy. My wife ordered the salt and pepper squid and bowl of chips. Again totally delicious well seasoned, crunchy outside and soft inside 😋.
Booking are a must, highly recommend this restaurant not only for the food or service of the staff, but been on the Jetty the sunset views are great.
Best restaurant is Phillip Island with amazing view. We have been to Phillip Island multiple time and this is the highlight of the trip.
Should try out their chilly mussels, would love to come back and order another one.
A relaxing venue with a superb view of the water. There's plenty of seating indoors and several outdoor tables. The food is tasty and there's a good selection of beverages including their own beers and wines.
View here alone is awesome staff was great we had pizza and some drinks took a walk on the platform will highly recomend an evening here although you have to book in early for dinner inside but have seating outside anytime
