As a relatively new area, Newington has plenty of eating options, so Jags has quite a bit of competition. The staff were very friendly, and dealt with a friend's dietary needs in an understanding and professional way. The Barramundi was well presented and tasted delicious. Well priced, Jags seems to be a good option in this area for lunch.
The pizza is to die for!! The pizza is satisfying and you don't feel full after you polish off a few slices. Staff are very friendly. Prices are good and affordable. Highly recommend if you're ever in Newington for lunch.

makes an awesome Affogato. They even allow me to take my own wine glasses! 5 stars just for that.
Great family run restaurant. It has that personal touch that makes for a beautiful experience. The pizzas are mouthwatering and full of toppings. You'll be impressed by their service and finally I like the fact they sponsor junior football. This means they are connected with their community.
My wife Lassie Zia and I had had a wonderful lunch at Jags Restaurant Newington.
The place is very nice, the staff are just wonderful and we got a Burger and the Caesar Salad.
It was 5 star hotel quality and we both loved it and had to take lots of photos of them.
Fair prices too. Shall be back and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My partner ordered some Jags Pizza on Uber Eats and didn’t receive the correct order. Jags rectified it super quickly, resending the right one. She rarely eats Pizza but her Mum loved Pizza so much. Her Mum passed away suddenly 3 years ago to the day and it’s become a ritual to order pizza on her death anniversary as part of trying to celebrate her life. Thank you Jags for making a stressful day just that little bit smoother.
