What a great find! Thinking it would just be a coffee shop, for convenience at the show homes, we were pleasantly surprised to have a great choice of food to select from. Mini breakfast and pancakes were spot on and the staff were a pleasure to deal with, all happy �

Really upbeat cute cafe with amazing food and coffee, overlooking the canal makes for a relaxing atmosphere by the water, staff are very friendly and eager to please. � 5 stars thanks guys
