Went to visit my Auntie today who lives nearby, googled bakeries in the area & made a bee-line for here to grab us some lunch. Giulia served me & she was so helpful, showed me the Spinach & Ricotta, & Provolone & Cheese Panini's ... got one of each, pasty & bacon 'n cheese sausage roll for my other half & a Cherry Ripe Slice & Vanilla Slice to share. All were SCRUMPTIOUS! Got the most wonderful large loaf of bread to take home & decided to make something different out of it for dinner:
Cut the loaf in half & then made about 6 pockets in the top of each. Lined the pockets with shaved ham. Then put some baby spinach, red onion, capsicum & mushrooms (which I pan fried first) into a cheesy white sauce & poured over the ham. Cracked some eggs & popped them on top with grated cheese & baked in the oven til the eggs were cooked. Bloody YUM it was!!! Can't wait to visit here again & try something else, you should see the pizza's they have on display & all the other different delicious looking cakes, slices & breads. :)
Amazing pizza & fresh continental cakes . Went last Friday for the first time & bought a pizza & cakes. It was the best pizza I have tasted in Australia. Definitely will be back for more, all the way from Woodcroft
Went there yesterday for lunch after hearing about Panini on Radio 1323. Had a great calzone, cake & coffee. Brought some other products to take home for the next few days. I am a definite fan of your business. Great work.
