Very impressed- had never heard of this place before but with the big nitrogen vat out front, had to give it a try. Love lemon meringue, so tried that one. Gotta say, flavours were completely on point and the meringue on top was delicious. Great service too- lovely guy who was more than happy to pose for our touristy snaps.

Went here for dessert after a feed in the area. Ice cream was yum!

Didn’t have heaps of Nutella on mine which I expected after ordering a Nutella flavoured ice cream, but had plenty of chocolate.

Friend had the salted caramel and it was too sweet. Overall was nice but not as good as N2 gelato in Melbourne.

Fast service by friendly staff, especially given they have to make each one from scratch individually. Lemon meringue pie was delicious, ice cream is smooth and creamy as advertised. Oreo also super creamy and big chunks of Oreo. Expensive at $7+ for a regular but worth it for a delicious treat.

The ice cream was nice, the style and the way they made the ice cream was very unique. The vibe of the ice creamery is cool and the feel was very welcoming. On arrival we had to wait in the line for about 20 minutes and then we waited about 10 - 15 minutes for the ice cream after ordering, but it was worth the wait.

Amazing ice cream, best I've ever had. Highly recommend Salty Caramel Popcorn. Definitely go there for the best ice cream in Noosa. You won't be disappointed!

I will forever dream about the maple syrup and salted caramel and white chocolate varieties. Next time we will share the large as it's quite feeling and very rich. Highly recommend and to eat quickly!

Creamy, flavoursome icecream goodness! A yummy nightcap to end any warm night at noosa heads. Had the salty caramelly popcorn. Can't go wrong with this dessert!

Best ever ice cream I've had. Worth the money for sure!! Cool little setup too. Nutella and the salted caramel pop corn were our favorites! Another place we will visit again.

Friendly staff, pretty cool to watch. It's definitely a novelty ice creamery. Although it wasn't the best ice cream it was definitely pretty delicious! If you go there ask for Snelsy, the Dutch guy. Tell him huddy sent you and use the code word where's your clogs for a 50% discount! I will be back!

The whole outfit is funky and will entertain those of all ages. The salted caramel was a cracker with the perfect balance of salty and sweet. In addition, the cheesecake was a cracker, with a great textural mouth feel.

The main guy working the front (owner?) really makes it an awesome and enjoyable experience to come here. The ice cream is very tasty and smooth, with a decent mix of "normal" flavors as well as interesting and unique ones, but as others have mentioned it does melt fairly fast so you have to eat it rather quickly. The process of making it is fun to watch, and both kids and adults are sure to get a kick out of the liquid nitrogen spewing from the tank.

Delicious. Simply Delicious. Ice cream was smooth and probably the best we’ve ever had. The man behind the counter making the ice creams looked very skilled. DEFINITELY would recommend.

Wowser, great pallet of flavours hidden in the most yummy ice creams I've ever had. The preparation and making of the ice is already an experience in itself. We went back multiple times during our stay in Noosa. Caramel Popcorn by far our most favourite one. Friendly and speedy staff!

Service was very very friendly and welcoming, the flavors are unique and so is the serving (every flavour is ‘designed’ differently). The making of the ice cream is cool to watch but at the end of the day it is a gimmick that slows service down and the ice cream is the same as any other ice cream only melts a bit faster. Prices are slightly high at $7.50 for a small cup. Overall, nice experience and worth the visit if you’re around with kids.

The service and the concept are fantastic! The staff were so friendly and watching them make the ice-cream was awesome. But the ice-cream flavours were pretty bland unfortunately. Not the depth of flavour you would get from other places.

Unique flavours of ice cream. Awesome presentation of their desserts. Friendly staff ready to use excess nitrogen to impress the kids (and adults). The Lemon Meringue Pie is my favourite, complete with a blowtorch finish.

When we found out that Nitrogenie had opened up in Noosa as well, we had to make sure we made a special PitStop when we were up the coast. We've tried several of their flavours but the Salty Caramel Popcorn has thus far been the reigning champion for us. It has a lovely velvety texture and just the right amount of saltiness to go with the sweetness of the caramel. The popcorn pieces adds a lovely texture to the whole ice cream. The only downside is once you start, you can't stop. Oh, and please don't share. Not if you want to keep the peace in the family. Get one each. You'll all be happier.
