We were there for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They have a wide (very good) selection of breads, sandwiches and pastries at very reasonable prices. The staff was really friendly and the service was excellent. We will definitely go back again and again.

Stopped in for a coffee after a walk. The coffee was lovely and smooth. The breakfast menu looks delicious as well so I will be back to try that. Love that they have water for puppies too!

Edit 8/12/17 - went back for breakfast. I had the breakfast bagel and it was divine! My sister had the pancakes and mum had the bruschetta. We all loved our food. Oh and the service was AMAZING! I don’t know the woman’s name but she had a chat with me and was so so lovely.

awley's Bakery and Cafe North Beach is affordable all year round dog friendly dining, located just a short walk from the beach in summer and with warm alfresco dining in winter. When we called to check if we could bring our dog Arrow along, there was no hesitation in welcoming us to Lawley's Bakery and Cafe - in fact they told us there were already some dogs dining so Arrow would have some friends to keep him company.

The Urban Bento

Visited as an alternative to Tropico in North beach as they were too busy and my pal and I were hungry! Was pleasantly surprised at the large range of breakfast & lunch options that they cook to order and there were lots of fresh rolls and salads not to mention the tempting baked goods on offer! Service was friendly and a mix up with my order was dealt with so effortlessly that I couldn't find fault. Not as fancy as Tropico but definitely great value.

Great. The BEST vanilla slice I have ever had came from this place. A nice selection of cakes, bread and gourmet like rolls etc.. Funky little place too.
