I love that there is a seafood option in the food court at Greenwood. I like getting the Fish of the Day deal - 10.90 for a grilled fish fillet, salad and your choice of chips or rice to go with it. Very good price, and the fish they have is tender and fresh.
I tend to get something extra, like a prawn skewer, since I forgo the rice/chips option, but it's very decently priced for the portion size. Good choice if you want something seafood based.
Not much choice with seafood in North Sydney so I choose to dine here when I can't help it. Though the seafood itself is beautiful to taste, the salads are sadly drenched in heavy dressing that I could do without. Certainly do not recommend the swordfish due to its tough and dry texture.
Items are slightly overpriced so be prepared to fork out an extra few dollars for a small meal.

Got the fish of the day with side salad and brown rice (you can also choose chips if you’d like). They specialize in all things seafood and priced quite well considering the freshness and variety they have available.
pretty good place for a quick cheap bite during lunch time! went for the fish and chips (can change tor rice) and it was pretty decent, nothing extraordinary but cheap and filling giving it a good feed for north sydney. lines are pretty quick too. only probs is that its all premade so not exactly fresh.
Fish and chips here was good. It was a generous serving of chips and the fish had a good crunch to it. It's priced reasonable and doesn't take long to buy. Perfect for lunch.
Be there when they were almost closed. Get some food from limited choice. Base on the price I am happy with the quality. The salad is dressed well. The service is really good: fast and friendly. Could be a good choice for a simple quick lunch.
An office work standard for those around North Sydney. Their fish is always cooked well, and their chips crunchy, and the serving size is a bargain for $8.90. My only quip with them is that sauce does not come with the meal!
Damn good fish and chips. I have always come back for the grilled fish chips with salad. The fish is cooked to perfection too! Pretty good value as its under $10.
You can eat with your eyes at Costi's Fish and Chips because when you order the mixed grill of seafood ($11.50) there is a mountain of food for you to enjoy. Costi's is a popular venue in the Greenwood Plaza upstairs foodcourt. It comes with half a fillet of fish, prawn skewer (choice of chili or satay), two crumbed pieces of squid, a baby octopus with your salad. You also have the option of salad and chips, rice or double salad. Sometimes I even trade the chips for two potato scallops in a bid to try to contain my chip cravings. There are also other tasty combinations and varieties of fish to choose from. I normally get the regular mixed grill because of the variety and value. Grilled fish with salad and rice is a fairly cheap but healthy lunch here. The new steamed fish is a bit tasteless and rubbery. Good fast service. The plastic knives and forks they supply are too small to hold and so flimsy they struggle to cut even freshly grilled fish.
