Honestly, the best pho I've had in my entire life, I've tried 15+ dishes and not one disappointed. Fantastic service, get to know Kung the owner, he caters for your every need, cheap prices, I feel like I'm ripping them off. My favourite place of all time.
I love Viet Pearl!! We come here 2-3 times a week for their $10 lunch special. Always consistently delicious and filling. Highly recommended!

Delicious, fresh and authentic food. Welcoming and friendly service, will definitely return!! Wonton bbq pork soup is a star dish.
Generic Vietnamese place but it does stand out a little from the others on the same strip. With the more up to date decor, new furniture and clean interior I thought they’d have higher prices than the others but in fact it’s very good value. They didn’t charge more for the fine rice vermicelli (the square ones) which often carries a premium. The servings were generous and service was quick. Taste was as expected, the Vietnamese food was authentic. The laksa was good but not like laksa king good. Interestingly they have a vegan menu (for the locals) which has BBH... and I can’t seem to find a version for normal people! Definitely will return.
My wife and I have been here a lot and have always been very happy with our service and food. The laksa is always a favourite especially on a chilly night.

There is nothing more welcoming than ‘Vegan Menu’ written in large letters. I stumbled across Viet Pearl late one afternoon of a public holiday (I may not have found it amongst the plethora of restaurants lining High Street otherwise). This place is your typical, happy go lucky Vietnamese restaurant: basic décor, good food, cheap food and relaxed.
Had some tasty rice paper rolls here once. The air was was a bit hot and stuffy inside but staff are friendly and food is cheap. Would return.
Update: I have since returned to find that this place makes delicious pho! Mine was had fried tofu, rice noodles & lots of vegetables all in a tasty broth. A satisfying meal for just $11!
We ordered the vegan rice paper rolls, satay veg & tofu, fried eggplant and vegan vermicelli stir fry. All was pretty good! Would love to see them put vegan broken rice on the menu. I'm unsure about the oyster sauce in some of their options, as oysters are not vegan, do they use a mushroom oyster sauce?
After having a massage just 3 doors down, we liked the look of the menu at Viet Pearl so thought we would pop in for some dinner.
A wide variety of food on the menu and all very reasonably priced, we settled for sesame seed prawn & chicken satay skewers for entree and for mains, chicken stir fried rice noodles and sizzling sweet honey black pepper chicken.
Upon our main of the black pepper chicken arriving, we were told there was an issue and we were unable to have rice noodles for our other main but could only have crispy fried noodles or egg noodles. Lucky I am a fan of crispy fried noodles but I did see the table next to us have rice noodles so I’m unsure what happened here. Due to this, there was a delay in getting the other meal.
The noodles & veggie/chicken combo worked very well but the dish probably needed some sort of sauce. The black pepper chicken was sadly overpowered by pepper and that component dominated the dish leaving no other flavour to consume.
Upon entering I received a warm welcome and very helpful staff, I was the only one in there as it was earlier and stinking hot and was waited on beautifully even the offer of aircon just for my comfort.
I had rice paper rolls with prawns (4 huge ones) made fresh!! The rare beef pho was delicious too ! Would highly recommend this place !!
Thank you Viet Pearl
