Amazing, authentic Italian cooking. We just came back from a trip to Italy and we're so happy to find the same quality authentic Italian food here!
Just Italy was recommended by friends and we decided to try it. The staff were very welcoming and service was first class. We discovered it was not BYO which was somewhat disappointing as the wine list is not extensive. We did find a very nice Primitivo that was not too expensive. The menu was extensive with plenty of options. The garlic bread/pizza was just ok. Two of our party ordered the seafood pasta which was excellent while 2 of us ordered the seafood lasagne special. The latter was disappointing - the seafood component was like a thick bland paste between the pasta sheets. We also tried the tartufo special - the gelato was so hard it was difficult to separate and combine on a spoon with the other elements of the dish. It was OK but not something I would choose again. We are willing to return but next time we’ll stick to the main menu.
I just love Just Italy as a local. This is our weekly to fortnightly date night. Delicious food, friend service. We sat on the bar which is my favourite as you can see them make the pizza fresh (best seats in the house). I had the home made ravioli with Napoli sauce (ask for there truffle chilli sauce a must with accompaniment), my other half at the San Daniele - served fresh. It’s amazing. To finish off I had their delish cannoli, go the large (not the small #no regrets)
Have been here a few times; and have been a big fan of the other oakleigh store. This place definitely does not let down with quality! The food from entree to dessert are “Bellissimo”, the selection of drinks are smart, and the value is very generous. I am a huge fan of the fresh pasta and traditional pizza, this place is guaranteed to give you a fun night out, Sam and his team will make sure of it!

Perfect for quick dinner. Very busy but serving fast. Might need to book. Family restaurant style. Pasta was very fresh. Definitely will go again.
This has got to be my favourite restaurant EVER. This restaurant has the best Italian food you’ll ever eat. Decent servings, lovely staff and amazing meals. I always find myself coming back for more. Thanks Just Italy 🇮🇹
I just ordered the Margherita Rosse Pizza through UberEats. Firstly the order came in less than 10 minutes which was amazing! Secondly the pizza was larger than I expected. It was so delicious.
Though it costed $16 which is a bit on the higher side, it was totally worth and I am definitely going to order it again!
Lovely and attentive service with big marble tables.
Margherita pizza is well made. Thin sliced pizza with a thick, crispy crust. The sauce is lightly spread and evenly distributed. The base remained firm even when the sauce was on top.
Fetticini carbonara was very eggy but the fettuccine was perfectly cooked and the sauce was rich with thinly sliced fatty bacon.
Arancini is amazing. Large, semi-crispy batter with stretchy mozzarella cheese and rice inside. For an entree, it was quite filling. The napoli compliments the arancini and dusted with parmesan cheese.
Got takeaway pizzas which were delicious. Really lovely crust/base and the red sauce was yum! We got the ortolana and the stagoni . Would definitely recommend.
Very nice restaurant. Good service, clean, and nice atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and the gentleman making pizzas was spinning the dough in the air like you see on TV - and was great entertainment.
Great attention to detail and quality. For example, the had cloth napkins, which we noticed and appreciated.
Have been to dozens of restaurants in Rome and this is far more memorable than most of those. Will definitely be back.

The ambiance of the restaurant made for a relaxing evening. Words can’t describe how delicious the food was! So fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly, accommodating and bubbly!

Service was outstanding. Meals were absolutely superb. Beautiful owners too. We'll definitely be back to try all the pizzas and pasta dishes.
The food was great! But unfortunately due to staff shortages the service was quite slow.
Our drinks order was taken promptly but it was about 10 minutes before we were given the food menu. Then when the waitress came to take the order for food, she came without a pen/notepad, for a table of 5. Ambitious.
Hopefully they are able to hire more staff to improve efficiency. Quality of food and service from waiters will keep us coming back.
