Our fav little Italian place!!
Spaghetti Bolognese is unreal! Chicken and veal parmi's and Ai Funghi's are always delicious. Service is always with a smile. Dine in our T/A....always our go to place.
Had chilli mussels....absolutely grouse chilli sauce...and great size served.....best I've had...sauce was sweet,but the chilli was fantastic....mussels unreal...cleaned up the plate with the fresh Italian bread on the side....highly recommend..
Fabulous family restaurant. Large servings - service is a bit relaxed but very friendly. Divine authentic Italian! Highly recommended for a date night or a good old fashioned family meal
Al Dente Pasta.... My home away from home. When nonna is too tired to cook Al Dente Pasta is the place to go! Delicious authenic taste of Italy; to be honest, I can not tell the difference between nonnas pasta and the pasta at Al Dente and that is saying something. Great taste, great price and great atmosphere 🍝👍🏽
Definitely one of my favourite restaurants, always order the tortellini alla panna which is cooked to perfection and is by far my favourite dish! The tasting plate is also a delight which my friends and I have ordered a couple of times. All in all great food and lovely service would recommend to anyone who's looking for a satisfying dinning experience! :)
Lovely atmosphere with great customer service. The portion size is great value for money and the food itself tasted like a short trip to italy :)
Came to aldente with my family and I can tell you that it was delightful.
My wife got the linguine pesto salmon. Words can not describe how tasty it was. At first I was sceptical because I've never heard of salmon in pasta, but I'm very glad she got it. I got the veal parmigiana and spag. Al Dente is now one of my favourite places to get a parmi from. My daughter got the spag carbonara from the kids menu and she ate the entire bowl, which is a very big surprise from her. I did have a taste of her dish and again al Dente did very well.
Will definitely be returning as regular customers. Can't wait for dinner next week aldente
The love of my life and I headed out to Bad Apples for Pizza and a pint only to find it closed. We decided to have a drive and see what we could find and ended up at Al Dente.
Best accident I've had in ages.
Firstly - great service; Friendly and attentive, we were very well looked after. I still think many restauranteurs don't realise what a bad taste poor service can leave in a customer's mouth. Well, there's no chance of that here!
The food was really nice. Perfectly cooked pasta, beautiful sauces, lovely garlic bread...everything was a hit. Even the house red was well above par.
We really ate too much and couldn't manage a dessert each. We shared a tiramasu. Wow. Just gorgeous.
This is the Italian meal you imagine when you think about eating out. Traditional, rich, beautiful Italian food. Go try it!

Friends of mine live locally to this establishment and go often. They have tried almost everything. We went last night and we ordered garlic bread, arancini and Italian sausage for 6 people as entree. Was very nice and came out quickly. I ordered the tortellini alla panna which is the second time I've ordered it. For some reason the pasta is hard. Like they don't cook it long enough. Other than that the creamy sauce is yummy with lots of bacon and mushrooms. My friend usually gets the salmon pesto pasta but this time she ordered the lasagne. She wasn't happy. The pasta sheets were ok but there was hardly any meat in the meat sauce and it lacked flavour. She ate all the salad that came with it. The boys ordered the pasta special which was penne in blue cheese sauce. They loved it even though the blue cheese was slightly over powering. Another friend ordered the garlic prawns and chips and she wasn't too impressed. She said it was average and has had better. Another friend ordered the risotto which she said was nice. Very mixed reviews for the place. The waitresses are really nice and are always at the ready to serve and provide anything you ask for. For 6 people we paid $26.50 each including BYO wine.
A nice local Italian restaurant offering delicious meals at very reasonable prices. The food was amazing and very tasty.
I ordered the spaghetti marinara. The sauce was thick and delicious. The garlic bread was great and so moreish.
The stand out dish was the chicken risotto. The sauce was thick and tasty.
I will be visiting this lovely restaurant often to try all of their dishes. The online ordering system is very easy to use.
It's fantastic a place of my favorite restaurants. all staffs are sweet and friendly even pastas amazing so delicious which can exactly make some of flavor Italy past!! I ate appetizer samplings of cheese Arancini and bruscgetta and mainly meals are Carbonara & chill mussels!!! It tastes perfect rich flavors 😋

Chilli mussels' sauce was tasty but think the mussels themselves were frozen as some were still a bit cold and had a powdery texture. Overall the food still tasted nice.
It’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed an authentic Italian meal 👌🏻 Everyone I was with enjoyed their meals too! Plus great service and comfortable setting. We will be returning!
Reasonably priced Italian restaurant. Service was friendly and efficient in an Italian setting.
I had not been to this Rest for perhaps 4 or 5 yrs. I had heard it had changed owners. It was good to see the Winning Menu had been retained. I had 9 friends join me for dinner so making a table of 10.some of my friends had also been to this Rest a.mumber of years ago & were also pleased to see the same Menu & some interesting Specials which, a number of us including myself ordered. The two waiters were very attentive and provided polite and prompt service.
Well done boys. It was a very enjoyable night and we all enjoyed our Entrees and Main courses. I would recommend this Rest to anyone wanting an enjoyable night out with good food & service at reasonable prices. I will return to this Rest in the near future and not leave it for a number of years. Well done to all staff and owners and the Chef can be complemented on providing excellent food cook to our liking.
