Food is amazing - authentic. Service is good and the food is quick to serve. I don’t understand why there are other reviews complaining about bad service and mosquito/flies galore, I’ve been there a few times and I have not had such bad experiences before.
Ignore the horrible name, the food is amazing! I had Khao Soi and fallen in love with the smoked chili oil the broth is laced with. Not really a fan of sweet laksa but this is good. Can’t wait to go back and try the other dishes!
The location is not the best for foot traffic as its away from Eat Street but if you hear or come across this place, definitely worth a shot. Serves good quality, authentic style dishes. Service is always with a smile (what else would you expect from the Thais) and the prices are decent enough for a good feed. Layout of the joint is simple with an attempt at an industrial look/feel (hence name) but more importantly the feast for the eyes when the dishes come out is what gets you first before tasting the yumminess. Great place to add to your list of usual faves!
I live upstairs, and it is very convenient to have a good little restaurant close by. Fried noodles- not too oily, fresh vegetables and noodles, beef/chicken not overcooked, not expensive at all (been to other thai restaurants in parramatta).
Have eaten a lot of Thai all over Sydney and hard to find a place that does everything well.
I don't like everything here but people I eat with like things I don't... it is subjective in the end.
Eatdustry present nice, well-presented food. Pad Thai is excellent. And if you like spicy try the pork belly.
The people working there are very lovely.
I thought of giving 4 not 5 stars because:
1) they charge 50c for a takeaway container
2) cash only
But then their prices are reasonable so I understand for them these things would eat into their margins.
Definitely recommend for Thai. Not just Parramatta but well placed in Sydney for taste and value for money.
Sensational authentic Thai food. This place is cosy and the food quality, presentation and taste is absolutely superb. Great Thai Street Food feel. 5 Stars - Highly recommended. Located in Union St Parramatta.
There are many Thai restaurants in parramatta but if your looking for stand out amazing Thai then go here ASAP! The chef is ex ChatThai and the flavours are authentic and fresh. The customer service is attentive and friendly and during lunch periods the food comes out super fast and it's a popular place for the corporate crowd. I highly recommend the pad Thai,Duck with Tamarind sauce, Barramundi debone with green mango salad and the crispy porky belly.
I'm very impressed with the food. They made Kao Soi ( thai laksa) and Tom Yum Goong Noodle soup very authentic...seem like I eat at Chiang Mai.
Great food and star service! I usually come for lunch. I took my family for Bday dinner. They were impressed with your food and desserts. Well done Eatdustry teams!
I love the food here. This restaurant made me feel like l eat food in Thailand. They made authentic Thai food. Especially, service was great. All staff are very nice and friendly. Very recommended to everyone. We will come back definitely.
:)
Why should you go here: Whole boneless deep fried barramundi with green apple salad!!! And many other authentic dishes which you won't find at other Thai restaurants, e.g. Boat noodle
Food quality: So tasty and rich in flavour
Portion size: Large portions! Come with an empty stomach
Customer service: Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Dishes came out very fast too!
Dinning experience: Beautiful decor despite the small space
Value for money: Affordable
As a group of 4 we had several entrees, a pork belly pad kra pao, boat noodle, cashew nut and the whole deep fried barra with mango sticky rice, taro black sticky rice and coconut ice cream for dessert! YUM!!!
We went here to eat some quick lunch. It was quite busy at the moment. It's a Pay first and take Order type of Cafe. You order first, pay then wait to be seated( it would be better to reserve seats as its a bit small for dine ins/ walk ins). I was not able to capture good photos of the food because we were really in a hurry. Staff was nice and greeted you. They make sure once you took a sit, they got you cups and water. The food was fairly good. I liked their Pad thai(next time I'll try their combination). I just noticed one thing with the condiments, I think it is better if they serve it in little bowls rather than giving the whole bunch of condiments with the holder to customers. They have this bunch of condiments in one holder. With small tables, I think ot would be helpful to save some space. Everything else is good. They have a little nook for take aways too.
Great genuine Thai, with real flavour, without too much salty msg fake sauce. Must visit inside if you take away. Amazing music and water features to sooth you while you eat.
Clean place, good value of money. Lots of options to choose from. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommended. Overall food is hit and miss if you are after authentic Thai taste.
Love the food, love the service!!!
Aroy👍👍👍👍👍reasonable price.
Take a good walk from parramatta station for 10 mins you will find good Thai food.
I had the tom yum noodle soup and ate up everything including the soup. Good flavor, reasonable price and good service, very nice experience.
Great location, there’re plenty of parking in front of the restaurant.
Nice and friendly customer service.
The foods are amazing.
Great little Thai place for dinner. Love the set up and decor and lovely staff. 1 star off because I'd love be if they brought the chilli and spice rack to the table rather than needing to ask for it. Nice drinks list. Would give 4.5 stars if I was able.
Really enjoyed my dinner here tonight. Had a crispy pork dish with egg, gravy, rice and greens with a glass of shiraz. Service was so lovely.
