Waffle with vanilla ice cream melted in my mouth..and Belgium chocolate created the extra velvety soft texture which make you feel that I m in heaven..simply amazing. 🧇
We needed a Dessert fix after shopping and my friend recommended the Guylian Cafe.
Down on Level 2, tucked into a corner, its a nice quiet oasis away from the hectic commotion of the rest of the centre.
I had the Hot Chocolate Praline, which is basically a hot chocolate with a Guylian praline chocolate in the bottom of the cup. You pour your hot chocolate over the praline chocolate. Was expecting the hot chocolate to be a bit creamier, but was still tasty.
We shared the waffle with Salted Caramel sauce and with added Banana slices.
The waffle was so crispy and light. The praline Ice cream on top was so creamy. It really complimented the Salted caramel sauce and the bananas just topped it off.

There are other things on the menu that aren't sweet or chocolately if your not so inclined. But you only live everyday, right😉

Unlike many chocolate cafes, Guylian was pleasantly sophisticated! Had the milk hot chocolate ($6.8) I liked that they restrained themselves on the sugar. The chocolate in the cup was such a nice touch.
Clearly, some more attention was paid to the chocolate shake too! Crisp little chocolate flakes and nice presentation. Again, not too sweet.
Came here to get my daily dose of Coffee.
I saw their ad of $6.50 coffee and pastry deal so I thought I tried. They had 3 types of pastry for this deal and I chose the Chocolate Croissant.
Coffee was great but I found the chocolate croissant a bit disappointing. Hardly any chocolate in there and being a chocolate cafe I expected lots of chocolate inside the pastry.
Polite staff and great atmosphere. The mocha tasted great and the chocolate mousse dessert was to die for. Although it was a bit pricey, the dessert was definitely worth a try!
