Love the burgers here and seriously can't go wrong with any of the burgers on the menu. I've had Kernel Sanders and Tropi-Chook and of the two I prefer Kernel Sanders. The chicken is crispy and slaw, streaky bacon, cheese and chipotle aioli compliment the chicken well. Tropi-Chook was super delicious too however I thought there needed to be more pineapple rings for the burger to live up to its name, there was only one ring in mine.

After traveling for 20 minutes, this thing was still glorious. Those smashed patties are perfect, great crust and the perfect size/thickness. The big slab of chicken was still crisp, I loved the heat it brought to the burger as well. It was perfectly cooked too. Nashville is seriously epic. Bacon was super crispy. The pickles were nice and thick, and along with the sweetness of the BBQ and tang from the house sauces, provided a good contrast to all that meat. The buns were super soft as well.

Inspired by two of Brades best sellers the Drunken Flame and the Trufflicious comes this epic burger with a couple of fried mozzarella sticks for good measure. So many flavours in this I was curious to the taste, now before I get there, this is messy and huge add the gooeyness of swiss cheese and mozzarella.
This burger was all about the heat which I like but due to this it was more Drunken Flame than Trufflicious, the relish was every present as were the jalapenos. Patties and bacon were plentiful and gave a nice gnarly flavour with the epic taste of the bacon.
Quite enjoyable burger and one that is both big but tasty.
Yum!!! Reasonable prices, soft buns, perfectly cooked meat, good portions of sauce and pickles— super tasty burgers overall. Friendly staff and good seating both indoors and outdoors. Personally not very filling but still nice nonetheless
Delicious burgers and friendly staff. Not my first visit, and wont be my last. Menu has been updated recently and got told July they will be adding on some new additions to their regular menu. Can't wait!
Top quality food every time. Brades put simply, does burgers well. Their fried chicken is spiced to perfection and is super juicy. Brades staff are top notch, attentive and helpful.
Tried the veg & chicken burger with fries.. the fries were yummy crispy..

If you are yet to try Brades Burgers in Parramatta, then you are missing out on some serious burgs! It took me long enough to get around to visiting, don’t let yourself fall into the same situation!
Came here on a day where it was 40 degrees in the melting heat, we had hoped that there would be air conditioning, but nope, none. Imagine cooking these tasty burgers in the heat? Props to the employees!
We got the nutella milkshake, and it was ok, nothing out of the ordinary from a usual nutella milkshake. Their truffle burger was my favourite, really nice and juicy flavours from the patty and the sauce. The other burger had jalapeños and bacon - which are normally my favourite, but this time around, I actually preferred the truffle burger. The sauce that was used in the jalapeño burger didn’t really mend well with the ingredients in the burger, which was abit of a let down. The chips were ok, the cheese sauce and the sriracha mayo made them very tasty.
Service was friendly and quick! Prices are reasonable. They have limited seating.

Portions are large. Burgers and sides taste great. Best burgers and smashed patties in Sydney! Staff are friendly, welcoming and always take on constructive criticism to improve and do better. Highly recommend bring friends, family and kids here. You will not be disappointed.
Decided to try somewhere local and was not disappointed. Ordered the cheese stack with an extra patty and extra cheese, they absolutely nailed it. The chips and sauces were great too, and the staff super friendly. Definitely visiting again soon!
This is a super grunge burger joint that does top notch food. Its simplicity and freshness done super well. The burger patties are like nothing I've ever had. I think that these are the best burgers in Parra. Milky Lane is good, but really expensive. These guys are just as good but about $5 a burger cheaper. Check out the Ol' Faithful! That's a brilliant burger. They have awesome special offers too. The staff are really friendly too. Happy to have a chat about the food and explain everything on the menu. The restaurant area isn't as fancy as Milky Lane, but if you're all about burgers then this is definitely the place for you. Magic.

So I'v visited Twice First time Food was great They had very loud rave music. below Photo is the Burger i got which was the special and it was great. 2nd visit and main reason for the low star is that i had to go remind them after waiting 20 min to cook my burger which they forgot(no photo cause i had to eat it on the way back) but below is the special Milk(red skin) Which was one the best milk shake i'v had.
I’ve been there on my lunch break as I didn’t have anything to eat. As soon as I stepped in I've been welcomed with a smile. Nice lunch special menu. Finding the soda machine inside was a treat. I will definitely go back for lunch.
I’ve been meaning to visit this place for ages after reading great reviews. It really didn't disappoint. This was the juiciest, tastiest burger I've had in a long while. Everything was so fresh and the chips were perfectly crispy. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic burgers. Super juicy, amazing flavour and great pricing. I also had the chicken wings. These were beautiful! Crunchy and juicy wings and they were huge!
Also great having beers on tap!
