We went to Pier 70 on a random winter weekend. I must say it was freezing !
But the place was so well heated up .. next to pier..n welcoming staff just made it just perfect !
Loved the deco and food .. beef sliders n prawn wontons were really good !
Really appreciate staff giving us options what we can have although we missed the lunch time !!

Would certainly go back! Our only negative is sadly they don't allow dogs to sit beside you in the outside dining area such a shame given that so many people must walk past with their dog looking for a fabulous view to sit and enjoy a coffee and a quick bite to eat. However don't let that deter you away! Certainly an enjoyable experience to be had.
We had dinner here tonight and it was lovely. We had the garlic bread, fruits of the ocean and fillet of pork. Everything tasted great, fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Staff were amazing and the food was delicious! Although the food did take longer than expected to come out, they were busy and we were starving, which didn't help! Some great views from both indoor and outdoor seating, and would definitely recommend. Our dog was allowed with us outside too which was great, and the staff were very attentive.
Ahoi from Paynesville! Pier 70 is a really nice place to have a lunch on a sunny day. Excellent service and outstanding food. If you like sweet cocktails, ask for “pornstars in fast cars.” enjoy it mates.
Visited today for our best meal whilst visiting the lakes. Service was very friendly, especially from the owner who went out of her way to offer an off the menu item to go with our coffee. Both the coffee and meal was good with generous servings without a wait. The location was spectacular sitting right on the lake.
A truly lovely experience. Met at the door by a very friendly gentleman . I think it was the chef. Very friendly , we booked a table outside as we had our little pooch with us , he offered water for the dog .
The staff is very friendly & could not do enough for us., even down to requests with our food choices. ( the chef came out to see us, & offered some suggestions)
The food & wine was delicious .The venue ,beautiful day, & water views completed our experience.

I liked the menu and enjoyed the curry. Kids fish and chips meal was a bit pricey, but it was quite a decent size. Also liked that they offered grilled or fried fish for the kids meal.
Very beautiful place for a meal.
We started with a garlic bread (superb) and finished with the Steak. When steak comes out that is several cms thick, I get worried as it is generally cooked on the outside and raw in the middle.
This steak was perfect! One of the best I have ever had. It simply melted in my mouth

We had a delightful lunch. A table overlooking the water, the wait staff were friendly, attentive and accomodating. We didn't feel rushed and the food was delicious and good sized portions. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
