Cheerful and good value. Nice service and most importantly of all, the hollandaise on the eggs Benedict does not taste like jar stuff. And stuff like that matters. Coffee was excellent and the locals were happy and boisterous. Always a good sign that.

Nice local cafe in Penola. I ordered soup of the day and fish & chips. Both of them taste good.

Not often you get a really good pot of tea but my wife and I got one here today. Normally cafes serve weak, watery, and flavourless teas but a very needed pot of strong and scented tea set us up for the rest of the drive. Great service from the friendly young girl who served us. Thanks.
