Delicious and authentic Thai food with a high levels of flavor. The signature Duck Red Curry was apetizing as well as the Pork which looked highly desirable and I couldn't resist not ordering. Fantastic hospitality from the staff as well as knowledge of the menu and do try the cocktails; Lychie Martini and the Rose Martini. One of the finest Thai restaurants in the city. See me again soon.
It's a very fantastic restaurant. Great Thai food with Nice vibes . All the staffs are friendly and very welcome. I recommend you the dish " Spicy beef Scotch fillet with redwine"
Great atmosphere, great service, great food very well plated with some sophistication. Portions could be a bit more generous for the price but overall a very good dining experience. Also suited for business entertainment...
Best Thai meal I've had. Everything was delicious and staff were great also.

First time visit with my whole family. The ambience of the place is so cool and amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the food which were presented with pride and style. Loved the dessert (mango pudding). My boys loved the pork belly and the panfried prawns. Staff were nice and looked presentable with their uniform. We had a great dining experience!
Its a very Nice restaurant. The service is good and the food is delicious. It's the amazing Thai food with a refined touch. I am going back pretty soon.
Ordered uber eats the other day. The spicy beef, green curry and mixed veggies. It was the best Thai I've had in Perth.. THE BEST! i need to stop being lazy and come into the restaurant to eat one day. Thank you!
Best Thai food in Perth. Crunchy tiger prawn entre' was to die for! Enthusiastic and attentive staff in ambient surroundings. Went last Wednesday night, going again Saturday night.
We had dinner for the first time since the name change. The menu was superb, exactly as we expected. Thoroughly enjoyed the food.
Highly recommended. We love this restaurant!! The food was superb specialy the pork belly and pad thai. We booked Dusit Dheva for my boyfriend 's birthday and Mike was really helpful and easy to deal with. Thanks Mike and Dusit Dheva for helping us enjoy and spend a wonderful night...we felt at home =)
Amazing food, amazing cocktails and friendly staff. Will def be back!
I had my 30th birthday there . Great food and exceptional customer service .
Delicious food, freshly prepared and presented. Wonderful Thai flavours. Friendly service. Highly recommend
Beautiful Thai food but it is ok the more expensive side for Thai food.
Service was great and food came out fast
Awesome Thai food bene here about 5 times always good byo.
My favourite is the pad thai and the prom belly for sure.
Gluten free options helpful staff very quick and nice cocktails.
We had the $49 banquet which included an amazingly delicious mix of starters which were beautifully presented. The mains were also delicious (everyone got their own) and my salmon red curry was perfect. Great wine list and comfy dining. If only the service and atmosphere were a little better ... then it would be a 5 star review
The food and service here are excellent. I’ve dined here a dozen times and have never received a bad experience. Having traveled to Thailand a few times, I would recommend this place as the best Thai restaurant around. If you are craving for authentic Thai food, you have to try Dusit Dheva.
Fantastic experience. The decor was tasteful and modern, providing a high class atmosphere without feeling pretentious or tacky. The staff were also excellent. All who served us were attentive, friendly and highly professional. The food was superb. We started with the Galloping Horses Canape' which was a spiced minced duck mix served on pineapple and mandarin pieces. These were spot on, the flavours were well balanced and the level of spice was hot but not at all over powering. My only issue with this dish was the price. At $14 for four canapés these were expensive for what they were. For entree we had the curry puffs and fish cakes. Both of these were excellent but i would certainly recommend the curry puffs. The pastry was crisp and flaky and barely held in the delicious filling. For mains we had the twice cooked pork belly, Massaman curry and a Pad Thai. The pork belly was magnificent. So much so that it should be used as an example for every other restaurant in Perth of how to cook pork belly correctly! The meat was tender and moist while the crackling was firm and crispy. This was perfectly complemented by the delicious thai green mango salad. The massaman was also delicious, the beef was beautifully tender and fell apart on the fork, the sauce was perfectly balanced and not at all greasy. The Pad Thai came out a little late but was none the less tasty and again well balanced. Without a doubt the chefs here are very skilled at what they do. I look forward to coming back with friends to try the duck curry.
Excellent food. Green curry duck curry pork belly and deep fried barramundi were all standouts. Entrees including scallops and prawns were great.
It was not very busy on a weeknight dinner. Service was prompt and friendly.
Highlights were the beetle leaf prawns (full of flavour), massamam beef curry and red duck curry. I could eat just the curry sauce with plain rice.. so full of flavour. The fried barramundi and pad Thai was slightly salty for my liking.
They are in the entertainment boom which is even better. Will definitely be again.
Awesome! One of my best Thai experiences in Perth. We went on the weekend and it seemed to have become a slightly more fine dining restaurant than I remember when it was called Dusit Thai. The food was excellent... loved my Tiger Prawn with pineapple in red curry. The serving sizes were just enough, although I easily could have had another serving because it was so nice. Came to around $80 with the 2 of us and with the entertainment book it was even cheaper. I wish I could go again tonight!
Went here for a Groupon, food was absolutely delicious and very well presented! Love the romantic atmosphere and the candle, such a lovely restaurant - would recommend !
My hunt for colourful, flavoursome and exquisite food is always appeased by the Thai cuisine. Servings may look small, but they are only deceived by plate size. We ordered 5 mains with rice which was enough for 6 of us. The dishes came out quick but was packed with a lot of flavour. Price was also reasonable for location and quality.
Good job team and keep up the good work.
Wow this place is a hidden gem! The restaurant is beautiful presented. We attended as a party of 6 and were well looked after by the staff. The food was delicious and came out in perfect timing. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience as I had never heard of this place before. Highly recommended.
Came here to celebrate a birthday on Sunday.
Was impressed with the decor, ambience and lighting of the restaurant. Waiters were friendly and attentive. Across the board, food quality was good.
- Kratong Thong and Tom Yum soup started us off well. The Tom Yum soup had the right flavours with the spice kick needed.
- Liked the coconut cream in the red curry salmon (night special)
- Pork hock (night special) was crispy, but less salt would have been nice
- Green curry chicken, fried barramundi drew no complaints
- Pad thai noodle was excellent and consumed in quick speed
Pices slightly on high side, understandably, to match the class of restaurant. Thanks for a good night out.
We ordered the Soft Shell Crab and Tiger Prawns for starters. For mains had the barramundi and the Pad thai. Couldn’t fault the food. The flavors were well balanced and ingredients were fresh. The service was good and the ambiance is lovely.
Such a lovely restaurant.
The food is amazing, fresh, tasty and well presented. Staff are attentive and friendly, we will definitely be back.
Special mention the Thai green curry, twice cooked pork and larb were delicious. Dessert was just right, nice and light with mango, coconut ice cream and sticky rice!
I came here with the family for a meal. I came here quite some time ago when it was under previous management.
Tonight was flat out. There appeared to be only 2 wait staff on the floor. I could see some patrons getting a bit annoyed.
We arrived early so we had no issues with our service. The food was great. Well cooked. Food was well priced.
Happy to come here again.
Took myself out for dinner here for a one-on-one dinner date. The experience was elegant and welcoming. The environment was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with relaxing music. The staff were accomodating, warm, and friendly. The food was refreshing, and divine. I had the Galloping Horses entree (minced duck), the Chicken Breast roasted cashews and chilli jam main, and for dessert, the Coconut Ice cream. I’ll be back here again soon, and next time, I’m bringing my friends and family. They’ve already seen the photos, and have agreed that they’ll be booking in soon. Try it, you’ll probably like it too. 😊
This restaurant deserves better than a mediocre average of 3.3. Under new management, the interior has a welcome ombre hue and is a very much needed change from the old and tired wallpapers of the previous. The menu still has the firm favourites an average consumer might come to expect in a restaurant advertising Thai cuisine; the dishes are now beautifully presented and delightful to partake in. Flavours are crisper and the subtleties of Thai cuisine do shine through. It is worthwhile to note that prices remain more or less similar to when it was under previous management.
The "specials" portion has quirky iterations of food items which change from time to time to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
One surprising addition was the wine selection. While not the most adventurous, it seemed carefully curated to provide an affordable but pleasing selection of wines from local cellar doors. It would be difficult to say no to an evenly tempered Clare Valley Shiraz or a bold Margaret River Cab Sauv.
It was not a particularly busy evening, and the service was quick and efficient. I had no complaints about the attentiveness of the lovely waitstaff.
Couldn’t fault anything. Best Thai food I have had this side of David Thompson’s place. Great setting, service and food. We will definitely be back
Had set menu and food was very good. Very well
@ managed and service was excellent and low key. Place was full ...always a good sign. Thanks
Amazing food, great service. Will definitely be coming back soon. It's a new restaurant, hence the low starting review on zomato, Google search shows a much more accurate 4.8/5. Hopefully it gets enough of a chance to prove itself and find some loyal customers, they definitely deserve it.
We visited this place after purchasing a groupon voucher which entitled us to an entree, main, dessert as well as a glass of house wine. I must say they deserve more than the 3.1 rating here on zomato. Food were all flavourful and delicious. Staff were also attentive and friendly. We will definitely return to sample more of the menu.
Food came out quickly and well timed. Mum found the entrees a bit too salty/sour but the rest of the table found them light and tasty. The papaya salad is a bit too spicy for me! The soft shell crab was liked by all.
On to mains, we really like the red duck curry and the salmon melted in the mouth. The pork belly was a little tough and the pad thai was good.
For dessert the lime tart was OK, the vanilla ice cream was nice but the tart base was almost soggy.
Disappointed they didn't allow us to take away one dish with groupon, we had already paid for the meal so it was a shame they wanted us to force ourselves to eat it. Overall would come here again on Groupon but wouldn't pay full price, it is too expensive.
This place is incredible, outstanding and let's not forget delicious. We were a part of 4 and it was our first time. We all agree that it took us back to Thailand and it's the best Thai in Perth.
The sauces were a perfection...including the dressings. Herbs fragrant and Moreish and in right proportion. The beef carpaccio and curry puffs were my favourite followed by crab, prawns and spring rolls. With the mains, they were all s standout and I can't select one over the other. We had the pork belly, green curry, massaman, pad Thai and cashew nut. I will definitely return and try the salmon and their signature red duck curry. It's worth every penny.
The service and decor are great too. Staff are friendly and attentive.
Keep up the good work. You deserve every dining award you have received.
What a delightful surprise. My first time and I am very impressed. The decor is elegant and the staff friendly and attentive.
Just sets up the meal. We had the set with scallops and prawns with the beef for starters.
The scallops were tender with delicious dressing not to hot but a delightful explosion of flavour. For mains we had papaya salad that was sweet and sour. The duck curry with lychees was sweet and the duck really tender and lean with just the right amount of skin. The lamb rack had a very delicate flavour. The highlight was the barramundi fish with a sweet and sour sauce that really impressed the whole party.
My favourite is usually desert and the sticky rice with coconut ice cream had coconut pieces imbedded in the ice cream.
Overall a really satisfying evening... looking forward to trying more adventures.
A few months ago I started to see photos from this restaurant pop up on Instagram, and I could have sworn that I had heard of the name of this restaurant before and it wasn’t new. And then it hit me! Dusit Dheva is situated in Northbridge where the old Dusit Thai restaurant used to be (they also used to specialise in fine dining Thai food). It’s a little bit secluded from other restaurants and is close to the Police station in Northbridge. From my understanding, the head chef from Galangal (please see previous post) moved to Dheva Dusit. My foodie friend Seoul Sister and I went here to celebrate her birthday earlier this year in April and I really want to come back. The food here was exceptional and so full of flavour.
Outstanding food. The chef originally behind 'Galangal' has opened this restaurant and it shows. Thai food that isn't afriad to be spicy. Will be back many more times.
Food was ok, some dishes (mainly the Thai beef carpaccio) the flavour of lime and chilli was too over powering that you couldn't taste the beef! The lychee cocktail was delicious and a novelty with the glowing light! Their signature crab dish was ok, but I've had better. The best dish of those we tried were definitely the Betel leaves with poached king prawns, it was delicious....
Went here with a group of friends and really enjoyed the service and food. The wait for food was not long and the food was simply excellent. Will be coming back soon!
Dusit Dheva sounds very familiar since the name reminded me of the former restaurant that used to be there many years ago, called Dusit Thai. Both restaurants served Thai food in a fine dining setting. However, it was the move of the award winning Head Chef Mhee from Galangal to Dusit Dheva that makes me wanted to try the place. Last year I visited Galangal and the visit was so memorable with the beautiful roast duck curry as well as the soft shell crab served with watermelon.
Beautiful food, gracious service and well priced. Dusit Dheva take Thai food to a new level. We ordered to share and all our meals were presented in a timely manner. Highlight for me was the papaya salad. Crispy, tasty and a surprise. Not something I would have ordered but will walk over hot coals to have again. Missed on the perfect as there were no vegetarian entrees. Minor detail. I'll be back.
Spectacular, we absolutely loved our experience here. From the personalised table reservation sign, the friendly and polite service, to the delicious food, we liked everything! Will definitely be back.
